| The positive attitude and good behavior tendency shown by children in the process of activities are valuable qualities necessary for their lifelong learning and development. The development of children’s persistence is not only conducive to the achievement and success of children in a specific environment, but also conducive to the improvement of their ability in other fields. The persistence performance of 4-5 years old children is greatly affected by the changes of external situation and has plasticity, which is a key stage of the development of children’s persistence. In the studies on children’s persistence, scholars mainly focus on the factors affecting the development of children’s persistence and the characteristics of children’s persistence under different situations, and there are few studies on the cultivation strategies of perseverance.Combined with the introduction of outdoor building block games in current kindergarten practice and the unique advantages of outdoor building block games for children’s persistence development, this study is based on existing research results, taking the persistence of 4-5 years old children as the entry point, outdoor building block games as the research carrier, and explores the current situation of teachers’ cultivation of children’s persistence through observation and interview.Through the analysis of the existing problems,it is expected to put forward targeted promotion strategies. It is found that the following problems often occur in the teachers’ training of 4-5 years old children’s persistence in outdoor building block games: teachers have a single understanding of the dimensions of persistence; The rush to solve the problem and the neglect of guidance in the process;Teachers’ subjective judgment interferes with children’s play process; The teacher’s attention degree in different stages of the game has a tendency;Teacher guidance timing is not accurate;Guidance lacks consideration of play situations and differences among children; Not good at using the educational resources of outdoor building blocks games; There is no continuity in the play schedule; The lack of time for a single game ultimately leads to the continuous reduction of educational advantages of outdoor building block games, which is not conducive to the development of children’s persistence.Based on the analysis of the above problems, the teachers mainly discussed the five aspects of material delivery, environment creation, teacher guidance and external support of the kindergarten, and put forward specific improvement strategies based on the actual situation: reasonable delivery of building blocks to stimulate children’s interest in building;Create a suitable game environment to reduce interference from other factors;Teachers should timely improve the support to improve children’s persistence level;Strengthen the consciousness of continuous observation and improve the cognitive level of teachers;Strengthen the external support of the kindergarten, improve the quality of games,in order to provide effective support for children’s persistent development. |
