| In the context of modernisation, the issue of climate change is no longer just an issue specific to a particular country or region, but has evolved from a local problem to a global one.China’s 14 th Five-Year Plan emphasises the need to speed up the green transformation of development,to promote the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions, and to guide social organisations and the public to participate in environmental governance and the creation of low-carbon communities.Due to the accelerated urban construction process and the widespread movement of rural population to urban areas, society used to place more emphasis on low-carbon governance in urban communities, but in recent years there has been increasing concern about the high-carbon behaviour of rural residents and the greenhouse gas emissions from agricultural production.Social work,as a discipline focusing on individuals and the social environment, has gradually changed from a "social view" to an "ecological view" with the social process, and has begun to focus on low carbon living of rural residents and provide professional social work services. However, most of the residents in rural communities are guided by social workers to implement low-carbon behaviours for a short period of time without developing low-carbon habits, and there are problems such as short-lived intervention of low-carbon social workers and low-carbon behaviours of residents are not sustainable. In this regard, this study explores how social workers can promote the sustainability of lowcarbon behaviours among rural residents from a bottom-up perspective and help them to form good habits of low-carbon daily living. This study mainly takes Chongqing S village community as a case of intervention, firstly, under the guidance of the theory of planned behaviour, the theory of environmental behaviour and the theory of habit formation, the research method of rooted theory is used to construct a model of the intervention formation mechanism of low-carbon behavioural habits of rural community residents,to sort out the formation mechanism of low-carbon behavioural habits of rural community residents and the influence of the factors of intervention conditions,so as to analyse the intervention path contained in the model.Based on the model, the social work intervention paths include three stages: early, middle and late stages, and the general process model of "initial awareness-active behaviour-habit formation" is proposed;secondly, based on this model, the current problem needs of village community S are combined to design and organize Through the whole service cycle, optimistic results were obtained, including the increase of residents’ initial lowcarbon awareness, the change of residents’ low-carbon behavioural habits, and the acceleration of the low-carbon construction process in the village community, which verified the rationality of the model. Finally, through theoretical practice, the study concludes with multi-resource intervention, strengthening mechanism improvement, main body advantage exploration and habit stabilization, and further proposes relevant expansion strategies and research prospects such as the combination of contemporary technology. |
