Study On The Loneliness Of Old People Living Alone In The City By Social Work

With the acceleration of China ’s economy,the aging of the population has reached a very high level.The elderly living alone,who live alone for a long time,are more likely to be lonely,depressed,depressed or even commit suicide negative psychological and behavior problems,While giving full play to the advantages of government and community resources and funds,social work should also give full play to the professional advantages to actively intervene.This article uses ESLI: Feeling a social loneliness questionnaire and interview outline of Hefei Z community old people who live alone loneliness situation,put forward to professional social work method in the working process of the old people who live alone loneliness problems,specifically includes two levels of involvement,the first is team work level,forming a mutual support group,to achieve spiritual comfort,improve self-cognition,self-recovery and self-care ability and establish a supportive social support system through group activities;Followed by in case work level,in view of the individual case situation is special,mainly from the director of their own,the family and social support,etc as an entry point for four case services,have the effect of relieving community old people who live alone loneliness.Finally,in this paper,the social work involved in urban old people who live alone loneliness problems reflection and summary,pointed out that in the process of social work intervention for the social worker’s own reflection,as well as to the social work intervention principle,process and results of reflection,also points out that occurring in the process of social work intervention,including respondents don’t cooperate,lack of recognition of social workers,low participation in the process of the service and some ethical dilemmas,etc.Advice,Suggestions are put forward on the basis of these reflections on strengthening skill learning,improve the level of specialization,to strengthen the relation between children and the old man,seeking external resources,to provide all-round multi-level service mode,alleviate the old people who live alone loneliness,improve the living standards of the old people who live alone.
