A Comparative Study On The Physical Fitness Of 3-6 Year-old Urban Children In Xiangxi Prefecture In 2014 And 2019

With the rapid development of modern society,the comprehensive national strength of a country is not only reflected in the rapid development of the country’s economy and technology,but also in the physical condition of the country’s citizens.The physical condition of young children is related to the physical condition of the nation.In other words,the physical condition of young children is related to the future development of the entire country.Therefore,monitoring and research on the physical condition of young children is a need for social development.One of the most important methods to understand the physical fitness and exercise status of children aged 3-6 in cities and towns is to monitor their physical fitness.Therefore,this study focuses on the physical fitness of children in cities and towns aged 3-6 years in Xiangxi Prefecture,which is also Xiangxi.An objective demand for the economic and social development of state cities.The research on the physical health of 3-6 year-old urban children in Xiangxi Prefecture has further enriched the research data and database content of the physical health of 3-6 year-old urban children in Xiangxi Prefecture,understands the changing laws of their physical conditions,and explored the impact on the physical fitness of 3-6 year-old urban children in Xiangxi Prefecture As a health factor,in order to improve the physical fitness of 3-6 year-old children in Xiangxi Prefecture and to carry out research on urban children’s physical health,it has an irreplaceable and active role.A comparative study of the physical fitness of children aged 3-6 in Xiangxi Prefecture in 2014 and 2019 was taken as the research object.Use the literature data method for preliminary data collection,use the test method to participate in the physical fitness monitoring of the 3-6 year old urban children in Xiangxi Prefecture in 2019,use the mathematical statistics method to sort the obtained data into the Hunan National Physical Fitness Monitoring Online Management System,and then export the process The data screened by the system uses independent sample t-test,mean value,logistic regression analysis,and then conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of the national fitness monitoring data in 2014 and 2019 to understand the physical status of children aged 3-6 in Xiangxi Prefecture in two years.The research results show that: 1)In terms of body shape of urban children in 2019,except for the chest circumference and the height of male children,other indicators are better than those of urban children of the same age in 2014.In 2019,children’s physical shape is better than that of urban children in 2014.Young children;2)The body’s agility,explosive power,and upper limb strength have improved significantly compared with 2014,but the cardiovascular development level,lower limb strength,flexibility and balance are significantly regressed compared with 2014 children;3)Urban children’s physical fitness in 2014 Influencing factors for the unqualified rating are the gender of the child,the mother’s education level,and the influencing factors of the excellent child’s physical fitness rating;the child’s gender and the father’s education level;the impact factors of the child’s age,gender,and mother in the urban child’s physical fitness rating in 2019Children’s education level,father’s occupation type,and mother’s occupation type.Influencing factors for the excellent comprehensive rating of urban children’s physical fitness in 2019 are the child’s age,gender,mother’s education level and mother’s occupation type.Put forward the plan design of interventions for children’s heterogeneous physical fitness;interventions for children’s age physical activities;interventions for children’s nutritional status;interventions for children’s family status.
