| The implementation of new text book requires the teachers to have higher qualifications. Reflective competence, the important component of teachers'qualification, is the key element to improve their teaching skills. Accordingly, it becomes an import research topic on improving the students'development by increasing teachers'reflective competence, optimizing teaching planning and clues and increase teaching effects.Based on theory and literature research, the author tries to acquire the present situation of reflective competence of chemistry teachers in high schools, analyze the elements which influent the competence and raise strategy and methodology to educate this competence to make it more operative in implementation.The essay is composed of 7 parts. Part I: expatiate and raise questions combining with the renovation on new text book and self teaching experience. Part II: Study on domestic and oversea present situation. Study the relative domestic and oversea researches, analyze the achievements and set the points of this research. Part III: assure the purpose, tasks and methodology of this research. Part IV: Theory Structure. Define teaching reflective and reflective competence. Part V: Investigation and analysis on present situation of reflective competence of chemistry teachers in high school. Part VI: Education Strategy on reflective competence of chemistry teacher in high school. Based on the analysis of present situation and combining the components reflective competence we should enhance the sense of reflective, improve the qualification of theory, grasp the method and strategy of reflective competence, produce the atmosphere of this competence and establish strategy on evaluation system, putting the experience in theory study into practice and improve their capability step by step through effective strategy.Finally, the author also discusses and prospected the existed problems and raises the direction future research. |
