| With the advancement of education modernization,training socialist builders and successors of all-round development of virtue,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor has become one of more and more important educational goals in our country.As the significant way of labor education,labor course has some characters such as ideological,sociality and practicality,it is of decisive significance to the cultivation of students’ labor values,labor skills,labor habits and labor quality,labor spirit and other labor accomplishment.Reasonable opening and implementation of labor curriculum is helpful to develop students’ core accomplishment,therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate and study the implementation of middle school labor curriculum.Having investigated the current situation of the establishment and implementation of labor curriculum in B middle school(junior section)of H city by the ways of questionnaire survey and interview survey,it is learned that the labor curriculum in this school has such problems as cognitive deviation,lack of system design,poor organization and implementation,and weak evaluation function.It affects the positive role of labor curriculum in improving students’ labor accomplishment and realizing the value of education.The main reasons include the weak labor curriculum concept consciousness,the unsound construction of labor curriculum mechanism,the inadequate condition resources of labor curriculum.In view of the problems in the implementation of B middle school labor curriculum and the causes of the problems,we can start to improve from the following aspects.First of all,at the concept level,by strengthening the supervision and evaluation of labor curriculum,perfecting the criterion and system of labor curriculum,and enhancing students’ labor experience and behavior,we can strengthen the concept and behavior of labor curriculum.Secondly,at the organizational level,the organization and implementation of labor curriculum should be strengthened by strengthening the top-level design of labor curriculum to determine curriculum objectives,optimizing the development and utilization of curriculum resources to select learning experiences,building a comprehensive collaborative education mechanism to organize learning experiences,and improving the curriculum assessment and evaluation system to evaluate learning results.Finally,at the level of teachers,we should make efforts to build the teaching staff of labor courses by the way of enriching their strength and improving their quality. |
