Variable resistance training is a popular training method at present.As one of the main equipment of variable resistance training,elastic band has been applied in many projects and achieved good training results.Research purposes: The youth group is the main supporting force for the development and popularization of tennis in China.With the development of the campus tennis project and the implementation of the policy of tennis sports gradually included in the middle school entrance examination,it is particularly important to improve the effect of tennis special training in primary and secondary schools and help students master tennis technical movements.Through the comparative study of elastic band combination training and traditional bare-handed self-weight training in the level three campus tennis courses,the effects of the two different training methods on the physical quality(flexibility,strength,speed,sensitivity)of the experimental subjects and the tennis special techniques(depth and accuracy of backhand and forehand strokes,overhand serve and mobility)of the experimental subjects are explored,providing a theoretical reference for the campus tennis training.Research methods: The teaching experiment research was conducted using the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,experiment and mathematical statistics.32 students in the fifth grade tennis elective class of Beijing Yuquan Primary School were selected as the experimental subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 16 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the combination of elastic band and the control group adopts the traditional unarmed physical training method.A 10-week teaching experiment was conducted.After the experiment,the measured data were analyzed using the Chinese version of SPSS25.0,and the following results were obtained:1.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in physical fitness(five indicators)and special technical level(six indicators).2.After the experiment,there was no significant difference in physical quality between the two groups.(P>0.05),except for flexibility quality,strength quality,speed quality and sensitivity quality(P<0.05).3.After the experiment,the two groups of students have significant differences in the depth,accuracy and upper-hand service of forward and back-hand strokes,except that there is no significant difference in the movement ability of the female group(P>0.05).4.The comparative analysis between the two groups before and after the experiment showed that there were significant differences in five indicators of physical fitness and six indicators of tennis special skills(P<0.05).The following conclusions are drawn from the research results:1.Elastic band combination training is better than traditional bare-handed self-weight training in improving speed quality,strength quality and agility quality.2.The elastic band combination training is better than the traditional bare-handed self-weight training in improving the depth,accuracy and upper-hand service of the forehand and backhand strokes.3.Elastic band combination training can improve physical fitness and tennis special technical level by designing exercises related to the main force muscles of tennis special technical actions.
