| In recent years,with the increase of health awareness,people have paid more attention to the impact of daily exercise on their quality of life,making fitness an important way to relieve stress and improve health.At the same time,fitness centers have also paid more attention to recruiting and reserving excellent coaches,and have made coaches aware of the importance of continuous learning and output ability reconstruction.According to survey data,more than 50% of coaches chose to learn and improve during the epidemic period.In addition to professional skills,many coaches began to focus on how to improve online services and operational knowledge.Qinniao Company provides personalized system integration solutions for sports and fitness centers by combining SAAS application tool matrix and various intelligent devices.The IVEP software developed by the company is one of the few exclusive APPs used by fitness coaches in China,covering all task flows of private teaching work.Therefore,this article takes the IVEP software as the research object.Firstly,the user needs and pain points of IVEP software are collected and sorted out,and the user experience status is analyzed from multiple perspectives through user interviews and questionnaires,to better understand the real needs of coaches using the IVEP software.Secondly,the relevant factors affecting the user experience of the IVEP software are analyzed,and the shortcomings of the software in user experience are discovered.In order to better comply with user information needs,optimize training,add community communication and other forms to enhance existing customer stickiness,and scientifically and effectively improve the user service level of the IVEP software.This study uses literature analysis,observation,case analysis,and survey research methods to explore and summarize the needs of users when using the IVEP software in different scenarios by combing relevant user experience theories and related explanations of the five elements of user experience theory.Based on user experience related theories,the software information architecture and process are established through optimization goals and user needs positioning,and the IVEP software is systematically optimized and designed. |
