As the 4G era opens, the popular trend of mobile Internet is irresistible, so that the Smart Phone has become the key interface to interact resources between the mobile network and the environment. The Smart Phone represented by smartphone, tablet, etc becomes popular, which makes the mobile phone software develop rapidly in number,but the applications' quality and retention rates aren't as high as their number. In order to solve the problem, the author is trying to explore interaction design strategies of the education APP for the upper primary students based on the theory of user experience from the perspective of children's cognitive psychology, which can be expected to provide the theoretical basis and practice references for the field.First of all, the origin and focus of the research are stated. At the backing, the foreign and domestic situations present about the research are analyzed, the research purpose of the paper is clear, the content and the method of the paper are determined.Then the education applications of the upper primary students are defined as the research objects, the concepts, such as "the mobile phone","the APP","the education APP" etc,are be defined, which makes following research convenient. Secondly, after studying theories including interaction design, user experience etc, the author gets the APP interaction design paradigm based on the user experience, the paradigm includes four layers, namely function collection layer, content organization layer, the operational layer of interaction, the layer of creating emotion. Again, the present typical education applications for upper primary students are conclude through analyzing the market of the education APP of children, the typical APPs are analyzed from the four layer of the interaction design paradigm, after that the author combines out the preferences to the education APPs for the upper primary students. According above the interaction design strategies of education APP for the upper primary students are summarized from the children's cognitive psychology based on the user experience. Finally, the interaction strategies of APP are applied to the practice to design and develop the APP, then after the product is tested to get the effects, which can acquire the purpose that the theories instruct the practice and the practices verify and add the theories.The theory of user experience is introduced into the interaction design of applications, and the users are researched from the perspective of cognitive psychology,which can not only provides a train of thought for the research of the education APPs for the upper elementary students also the new interaction methods for other type APPs for other users.
