Under the background of core accomplishment,how students can inherit traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and establish cultural confidence is a topic that contemporary art teachers should explore and study in depth.This article takes the Party history theme art works as an example,combines the study of Party history with aesthetic education,cultivates students’ red aesthetic education,and promotes the achievement of core qualities.The main body of this paper is divided into five parts: Chapter one reviews the history of Party history-themed art works,and clssifies the types of Party history-themed art works.Through two classifications,the classic Party history art works are elaborated.Firstly,divides the works into four categories based on the literary and artistic policies of Marxist Chineseization;Secondly,divides the works into four "great achievements" as nodes.This paper discusses the artistic connotation and educational value of the Party history-themed art works.The second chapter studies the teaching status quo of Party history paintings in high school appreciation class.Firstly,analyzes the proportion of pictures and types of Party history-themed paintings in textbooks.After that,questionnaire survey and teacher interview methods were adopted to clarify the importance of appreciation teaching of Party history-themed paintings,and problems such as insufficient class hours,different focus of teachers and low motivation of students were found.The third chapterexamines the methods and paths of Party history-themed painting appreciation teaching.On the basis of the traditional "four-step method",the appreciation method of Party history-themed painting is expanded into a "five-step method",which includes the description of the picture-formal analysis-interpretation of the work-practical activities-evaluation and display.On this basis,the thesis conducts the teaching study of the Party history-themedunit.The fourth chapter,the unit teaching design of Party history-themed painting appreciation teaching.The teaching objectives,contents,strategies,methods,key and difficult points were designed separately.Combined with the design results,made the unit teaching case design of Party history-themed painting appreciation.Finally,according to the case design and the actual teaching situation,the teaching evaluation design is carried out.This chapter is the main part of this paper.Chapter five summarizes and reflects the teaching practice of Party history-themed painting appreciation.The teaching design of Party history-themed painting in high school art appreciation class should adopt various ways and methods to deepen students’ understanding of revolutionary culture.Meanwhile,the appreciation methods and knowledge skills learned in the art teaching of Party history-themed painting can also be transferred to other disciplines,which can strengthen the correlation between disciplines and effectively improve the students comprehensive ability quality and core accomplishment.Through the unit teaching of appreciation of Party history theme paintings,the students’ image reading ability and art appreciation can be cultivated to feel the unique charm of revolutionary culture.
