| The Integration of Five Educations is a value response to the education policy under the background of the reform of basic education,and is the pursuit of the era of achieving the goal of comprehensive education through the mutual integration of various educations.Class is the basic organization that exerts the educational function of the school.Fully utilizing the function of class integration in education is an important way to achieve the goal of education in the new era,and improving the quality of education through class management is a necessary way to build a new education system.With clear educational goals in the new era,how to effectively integrate the "five educations" into all aspects of class management and promote the all-round development of junior high school students is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in the transformation of basic education methods.Based on the research perspective of five education integration,this study used the literature and research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,took junior high school teacher in L district of Z city as the objects,and referred to the specific requirements of the teacher class management ability index system in the "Guiding Standards for Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training Courses(Class Management)",identified below existing problems by studying and analyzing the daily work of class management from the aspects of class management philosophy,class activity management,class teaching management,as well as class management subjects and management evaluation system: the concept of integrating the five educations in class management still needs to be implemented in detail,the goal management guidance of comprehensive education is not in place,the teaching management ability of teachers integrating five education is uneven,the synergy of five education management in home and school is insufficient,and the integration of five education in student evaluation system needs to be strengthened.In response to the above problems,this study discussed and analyzed the causes of the problems in terms of educational environment,schools,teachers,parents and students,and the following countermeasures are proposed for the optimization of middle school class management based on the integration of the five education areas: First,permeate the class management concept of "integration of five educations".Second,establish an "activity integration" style class activity organization.Third,build a "discipline integration" teaching management model.Fourth,implement the "home-school integration" cooperation approach.Fifth,improve the "evaluation integration" student evaluation system.This study aims to solve the "five education difficulties" in junior high school class management through the study of junior high school class management based on the integration of five educations,in order to help educators avoid detours when integrating five education in the class management of junior high school,implement the overall requirements of integrated education more deeply,enhance the core literacy of junior high school students,and help build comprehensive new ecosystem of class management. |
