According to the quality education policy of our country,the fundamental mission of university is to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents who is fully develop in terms of morality,intelligence,physical,artistic and other aspects through teaching and other means.The all-round development of “morality,intelligence,physic,artistic” and other is the aim or value of education.From the root point of view,"five-education" represents the basic quality of a complete person.Meanwhile,the quality is a self-organizing system,and all aspects of human quality do not exist independently.Students are not simple assemblies of various parts such as the mind and limbs,but a complete people.Therefore,the "five education" is an integral whole,and it is a process of education to promote the development of several aspects of the quality which basically represent a whole person.However,in specific practice,the “five-educations” of university is often divided.This not only mechanically separates the “five educations”,but also makes the classroom teaching in College often fall under the situation of the "five educations" split,which including the internal logic of “Five Education” is splitting,the “five educations” teaching goal decomposition,and the “five educations” teaching process “box-shaped”.Moreover,it has caused negative effects such as deviating from the original intention of higher education teaching,alienating the teaching process of higher education and weakening the teaching effect of higher education.The main reasons are the quality structure formed under the influence of reductionism,the short concept of education and the relative lack of teaching ability of college teachers.In order to realize the "five-education" of university from division to integration,we should change the concept of education,implement “Five Educations” in one,and then enhance the teaching ability of college teachers through various ways?...
