| General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "ideological and political theory courses should be strengthened in the course of improvement...Make all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses in the same direction,forming a synergistic effect." In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities clearly pointed out that "ideological and political education should run through the personnel training system,comprehensively promote the construction of ’ideological and political education in courses’ in colleges and universities,give full play to the educational role of each course,and improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities." These important guidelines put forward more comprehensive and complete requirements for education in universities,and further highlight the necessity and importance of ideological and political curriculum and curriculum ideological and political cooperation in education.However,the problem of "island effect"between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political courses still exists in practical work.Ideological and political courses and other kinds of courses are still presented as "two skins".In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to promote the cooperation between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political education,so that all kinds of courses and ideological and political courses can coordinate and cooperate with each other,so as to form a joint force.Based on the Marx’s theory of human comprehensive development,theory of system theory,synergy theory and recessive education theory,this paper uses literature method to analyze the connotation,characteristics and relationship of ideological and political curriculum and curriculum ideological and political curriculum,and puts forward the logical reason why they can educate people cooperatively.At the same time,this paper analyzes the status quo of ideological and political curriculum and ideological and political cooperative education in colleges and universities by using case analysis and interview method,and analyzes the problems of ideological and political curriculum and ideological and political cooperative education in colleges and universities in five aspects:first,the concept of collaborative education is not unified;Second,the content of collaborative education is not smooth enough;Third,improper use of collaborative education method;Fourth,the lack of motivation of collaborative education team;Fifth,the system of collaborative education is not perfect.In the process of case analysis and interview survey,it is found that the reasons for these problems are mainly due to the weak awareness of collaborative education,the joint force of collaborative education has not been formed,and the atmosphere of collaborative education is not strong enough.Finally,the article puts forward the countermeasures of ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities.First,in terms of concept coordination,it is necessary to reach a consensus on collaborative education,through changing teachers’ ideas,strengthening the goal consciousness of establishing virtues and cultivating people as the leader and holding academic salons.Second,in terms of content collaboration,collaborative education content should be reasonably designed.Specifically,the guiding role of ideological and political courses should be strengthened and the integration between ideological and political courses and specialized courses should be strengthened on the basis of following the principles of organic integration and appropriate excavation.Third,in the aspect of method collaboration,we must scientifically use collaborative education method,in this process we must adhere to the unity of explicit and implicit,adhere to the integration of knowledge and practice and flexible use of new technology.Fourth,in terms of team coordination,it is necessary to improve the overall ability of the collaborative education team,mainly through enhancing the deep cooperation between the main forces,improving the political quality of the weak team,and then building a collaborative education resource sharing platform.Fifth,in the aspect of system coordination,we should establish an effective collaborative education system,mainly improve the top management system with the leadership of the Party as the core,establish a clear-oriented assessment and evaluation system and strengthen the collaborative education guarantee mechanism. |
