Research On The Implementation Status Of The "double Reduction" Policy In Junior High Schools In H Cit

In order to reduce the burden of homework and out-of-school training on students in compulsory education,the state has introduced a “Double Reduction” policy.However,constrained by a number of factors,“Double Reduction” policy in the implementation of the failure to achieve the desired results.Therefore,it is important to study the current situation of the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy,clarify the problems in the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy,analyze the causes,and propose corresponding strategies to improve the implementation effect of the “Double Reduction”policy.This study adopts the literature research method and survey research method.Firstly,we interpret the text of the “Double Reduction” policy;secondly,we investigate the current situation of the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy in junior middle schools in city H;thirdly,we analyze the causes of the implementation dilemma of the “Double Reduction” policy in junior middle schools in city H based on the analytical framework of Smith Model;finally,we propose countermeasures to improve the implementation effect of “Double Reduction” policy in city H.This study suggests that the policy itself,the implementation body,the target group,and the policy environment should be used to explore countermeasures to improve the implementation effect of the “Double Reduction” policy in junior middle schools in city H,so as to achieve the policy goal of reducing the burden of homework and out-of-school training for junior middle school students in city H and ensure the smooth implementation of the“Double Reduction” policy.
