Research On Improving The Ability Of Archival Professionals Based On Job Requirement

In the development of science and technology in today’s society,archives,as a basic work,play a special role.Most of the personnel engaged in archives related work come from universities,and the professional ability and professional ability of students majoring in archives have become the focus of attention in the field of archives.This paper analyzes the current training status of archival science,conducts a survey on the current position demand of archival science,extracts the data related to archival science from the posts provided by the national civil servant examination and the data related to archival science from the recruitment software,and makes a comparative analysis with the current training status.Due to the huge online recruitment market at present,The demand for talent in all walks of life is more diverse,and hence the shortcomings and conformity.Guided by post demand,this paper demonstrates the close relationship between archival career and archival talent ability.By comparing the existing training policies for archival professionals and the differences in the needs of recruitment posts,this paper summarizes the new requirements for archivists under the background of information technology.In such a request,through some training mechanism to cope with the current post demand.
