| On the basis of researching the current situation of the career development ability at home and abroad, the author of the paper researches on the talents need of the enterprises and the talents quality with the theory support of organization behavior and human resource. A questionnaire is designed and conducted. Through the statistical analysis of the results of the questionnaire, results show that:there is a big difference between the demand from enterprises to the talents career development ability and the cultivating of vocational colleges. Students from vocational colleges can not meet the demand of enterprise development, and can not adapt the position demand after their graduation. The lack of career development ability led to the increase in the cost of enterprise human resources management, career development ability is the key point of enterprise demand for talents and it has a big effect on team cooperation and efficiency, this paper summarizes the factors that affect the difference between enterprise demand and the quality of vocational college students from three aspects, i.e. professional ability, general ability and professional quality. The innovation of this paper is the establishment of the connotation of career development ability talent cultivating mode focused on "professional ability+general ability+professional quality". In addition, foreign occupation education ideas and methods are used in the paper and a new research direction is provided for enterprise human resource management. |
