With the emergence of many new educational concepts such as "educational informatization" and "STEM education",people’s attention to educational outcomes has gradually shifted from the cultivation of knowledge ability to the cultivation of literacy.Students’ digital learning and innovation literacy has become one of the core literacy in information technology education that cannot be ignored.Thematic teaching selects themes according to life practice and teaching content,which makes the teaching process organization completely based on textbooks more flexible,effective and systematic.At the same time,thematic teaching focuses on the interactive integration of collaborative learning,autonomous learning and other learning methods.It also emphasizes that teachers are no longer the authority of knowledge in the teaching process,but the equal guide of students’ progress,or the learners who progress and develop togeth withstudents.Therefore,this study aims to construct a theme-based teaching model for d igital learning and innovative literacy in high school information technology.The following steps are experienced in this research stage.First of all,we need to sort out relevant literature,have a clear definition of thematic teaching,digital learning and innovation literacy,and understand their development status.Then,we need to design reasonable measurement tools to understand the level of high school students’ digital learning and innovation literacy,and grasp the current classroom situation through the communication and interview with teachers.Secondly,starting from the characteristics of the theme-based teaching model and the cultivation elements of digital learning and innovation literacy,the theme-based teaching model is constructed to cultivate students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.This model includes four parts: analysis and determination of teaching themes,integration of teaching resources,design of teaching activities and reflection of teaching evaluation.Finally,in the teaching practice stage,the action research method is used to carry out teaching practice.After each action research,the model is improved and questionnaire data is collected.After the experiment,we compared and analyzed the pre and post test data and fou nd that students’ digital learning and innovation literacy had been improved.The analysi s of students’ works shows that the quality of their works is constantly improving with t he development of action research.By analyzing the three rounds of practice teaching,it is found that students’ digital learning skills and consciousness are gradually enhanced,and their innovative thinking has been greatly improved.To sum up,IT classroom designed according to theme-based teaching mode can effectively cultivate students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.
