Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsmanship Spirit Of College Students In The New Era

At present,China is in a critical period of transitioning from a manufacturing powerhouse to a manufacturing powerhouse.Cultivating and promoting the spirit of craftsmanship is of great significance for meeting the development needs of the new era and building a manufacturing powerhouse.In the new era,college students are the dreamers and strivers of realizing the Chinese Dream,and the backbone of the country’s future development.It is necessary to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship among college students,cultivate their professional ethics and literacy,improve their professional abilities,promote their comprehensive development,and meet the urgent demand for talents for high-quality economic development.The first part of this paper adopts a questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of college students in the new era.Through the survey,the problems that arise in the cultivation process of the craftsmanship spirit of college students in the new era are sorted out,and the cultivation path is proposed based on the actual situation of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part,Introduction,analyzes the difficulties that may be encountered in the research process from several aspects such as the background and significance of the topic selection,the current research status at home and abroad,research ideas and content,etc;The second part,related basic concepts and theoretical foundations,mainly defines the concepts of craftsmanship,craftsmanship spirit,and the spirit of craftsmanship in the new era,and elaborates on the characteristics and connotations of craftsmanship spirit in the context of the new era;The third part,based on the cultivation goals of universities and the development needs of students,points out the necessity and importance of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among college students in the new era.This article elaborates on the importance of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among college students in the new era from four perspectives:the practical requirements for improving their professional literacy,the practical requirements for realizing their life values,the important ways for college students to develop a sound personality,and the internal requirements for college students to practice socialist core values;This article elaborates on the necessity of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among college students in the new era from four perspectives:strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs among college students,implementing ideological and political education in universities,promoting college students to adapt to social development,and realizing the strategy of building a strong country with talents;The fourth part investigates the current situation of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among college students in the new era through questionnaire survey,analyzes the problems that arise in the process of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among college students in the new era,and explains the reasons for the problems;The fifth part sorts out the current problems and proposes their cultivation paths from four levels based on the actual situation.It points out that at the national level,it is necessary to improve the institutional system for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship,at the social level,it is necessary to cultivate a social trend that respects the spirit of craftsmanship,at the school level,it is necessary to build a strong main battlefield for universities to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship,and at the individual level,it is necessary to fully exert personal subjective initiative.
