Research On Craftsman Spirit Of College Students In The New Era

In the new era of Chinese society,The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has grasped the overall situation of the strategy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the major changes that the world has not seen in a century.It has been leading the Party and the people of all nationalities to create the great achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and to achieve the first 100-year goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.At present,the Party is leading the Chinese people to embark on a new journey to achieve the second hundred-year goal.The Party and the State need high-quality talents to provide strong support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.As the keystone of the country’s future development and the foundation of society,university students must possess the craftsmanship of perseverance,focus,excellence,meticulousness and quest for superiority.The spirit of college students and craftsmen in the new era has important theoretical significance and practical value for inspiring college students to aspire to become high-quality talents and "big country craftsmen",promoting the implementation of the goal of building people in colleges and universities,creating a social trend of respecting labor,and building a socialist modern country.The body of this thesis is organized into four main sections:In the first section,the essential theories concerning the craftsmanship of university students in the new era are summarized.It contains the basic substance and main components of the artisan spirit,the basic connotation and main aspects of the artisan spirit of university students and the value of the artisan spirit of university students in the era.In the second section,the academic rationale for the craftsmanship of university students in the new era is elaborated.It includes the labour philosophy of Marx and Engels,the continuation and condensation of Chinese craftsmanship,and the sensible ideas of Western craftsmanship.In the third section,discusses the manifestations and causes of the lack of craftsmanship in some college students.The lack is mainly reflected in four aspects: college students’ vague cognition of the spirit of craftsmen,lack of ambition,insufficient diligent learning attitude,and weak ability to innovate and practice.The reasons for the lack include insufficient education in colleges and universities,low social attention,the impact of Western erroneous ideas,and insufficient self-practice.In the fourth section,the active strengthening of the artisan spirit of college students in the new era is discussed.It mainly includes clarifying the value orientation for cultivating and promoting the artisan spirit of university students in the new era,strengthening the systematic cultivation of ideological and political education in universities and enhancing the self-containment of the artisan spirit of university students.
