Advocating the spirit of craftsmanship is an inevitable choice for China's transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the realization of the strategy of "manufacturing big country" to "making a strong country".As the main channel for the cultivation of technical and technical talents needed for the development of industry and industry in China,vocational colleges should pursue the craftsmanship spirit of students as their value orientation and goal in the new historical period,and pass the curriculum teaching,campus environment,and school.The enterprise cooperation and talent evaluation are implemented and embodied.Among them,the curriculum teaching is the core and key.Through the understanding and analysis of the cultivation of craftsmanship in vocational colleges,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to explore how vocational colleges can better cultivate the path of craftsmanship of future practitioners.This research takes the literature method,case method and questionnaire survey as the main methods.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant information about the cultivation of students' artisans in vocational colleges at home and abroad,and does a good job in the knowledge,ideas and viewpoints of this research.On the basis of this,through the questionnaire star,"the investigation of the status quo of artisan spirit cultivation in vocational colleges",from the knowledge of artisan spirit,the needs of artisan cultivation,the activities carried out by the school and the activities related to cultivating students' craftsmanship In the perspective of the craftsmanship of students in vocational colleges,at the same time,using the purpose sampling method,select the research samples from the excellent courses of vocational colleges presented online by"Love Course",and then analyze and interpret them to understand and understand The situation of cultivating students' craftsmanship in vocational colleges in China.This research includes the following aspects:First of all,it expounds the era significance and theoretical basis of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit is a booster for realizing the transformation of China from "Made in China" to "Created in China".The social learning theory and the tacit knowledge theory provide theoretical support for the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.The craftsmanship spirit is the individual's gradual formation and manifestation in the long-term life,study and work process.Throughout the life course of the person,it needs to be carefully designed and cultivated.With its own characteristics,vocational colleges must become the main front for cultivating artisans and cultivating their craftsmanship spirit.Secondly,From the two dimensions of students and boutique courses,we can understand the current situation of the cultivation of craftsmanship in vocational colleges.Based on a sample survey of students' surveys and courses,we think the serious absence of craftsmanship spirit in existing college construction,such as,imperfectly in the construction of campus culture with the theme of craftsmanship spirit,the teaching highlights the skill supremacy,and negligibly in the content of the craftsmanship spirit,not smooth in the collaborative cultivation path of school-enterprise cooperation,the craftsman evaluation system pays attention to academic achievement and lacks consideration of craftsmanship spirit.These problems make it very hard to form student's cognition,emotion,attitude and value of craftsmanship spirit.So,vocational colleges must pay attention to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and use curriculum teaching as the main medium and means to explore the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit.The curriculum teaching should clarify the objectives of the course,reflect the pursuit of modern craftsman,enrich the content of the course,implement the infiltration of craftsmanship spirit,innovate teaching forms,and actively develop good craftsman habits;Integrate craftsmanship spirit into the concept of school,school motto,school spirit,and other spiritual culture construction and construction facilities,cultural landscape,school image logo,teacher and student costumes,etc.;Deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,enrich the forms of school-enterprise cooperation,construct the cooperation community of school-enterprise,and establish and improve the modern apprenticeship system under the cooperation between schools and enterprises;Pay attention to rational consideration of the value of craftsmen talents,improve the evaluation index of craftsmen talents,enrich the evaluation criteria of craftsmen talents,innovate the evaluation methods of craftsmen talents,and adhere to the diversification of the evaluation subjects of craftsmen talents.
