Research On The Factors Affecting College Students' Online Opinion Bias In Public Emergencie

With the frequent occurrence of various social conflicts in sudden public events,opinion bias in the online public opinion environment has brought about great hidden dangers to China’s online public opinion environment and even social stability,and university students,as one of the major groups actively voicing their opinions in the online media,have a stake in the future development of the country.The study of the factors influencing university students’ online opinion bias in sudden public events can not only effectively improve China’s public opinion environment and maintain social stability,but also strengthen the online quality of China’s next generation of university students and distinguish right from wrong,and provide reference and help for China to defend the information battlefield and improve the ecological pattern of information dissemination in China.Therefore,this thesis first defines the scope of sudden public events,as well as the concept of online opinion bias,and also elaborates the phenomenon,manifestation and causes of online opinion bias,and also identifies the influencing factors of online opinion bias among college students in sudden public events on the theoretical basis of cognitive bias theory and information communication theory,after domestic and foreign literature and survey questionnaire method,and then,after combining expert Then,based on the combination of expert advice and survey questionnaires,we construct an index system to obtain a binary adjacency matrix,and finally use the AISM confrontational explanatory structure model to analyze the relationships among the influencing factors,capture the root causes and superficial relationships among the influencing factors,focus on certain root causes,and propose reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the management of online opinion bias among university students in public emergencies,so as to provide reference for the management of opinion bias in social opinion.This work is intended to provide a reference for the management of opinion bias in society.
