Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Evolution Of Network Public Opinion Heat In Public Health Emergencies

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies has brought great losses to my country’s social security and economic development.However,compared with the destructiveness of public health emergencies,the "public opinion virus" that is rampant is even more terrifying,destroying the good network ecological environment.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to understand the influencing factors and mechanisms of the evolution of public opinion popularity in public health emergencies.Many scholars acquiesce that each factor is independent of each other in the evolution of online public opinion enthusiasm for such events,and do not consider how the combination of these influencing factors changes the outcome variables.In view of this,this study adopts a hybrid method combining system dynamics and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore the influence of independent factors and combined factors on the evolution of online public opinion heat of such events from the perspective of the main body,in order to provide a basis for preventing and controlling the evolution of network public opinion heat of such events.and reference.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research,and sorts out and summarizes the influencing factors,evolution mechanism and related theories of the evolution of online public opinion popularity at home and abroad.The combined mixed method explores the key factors and combined factors that affect the evolution of the popularity of online public opinion for such events.Secondly,from the perspective of multiple subjects,the influencing factors and evolution trends of the popularity of such events on the Internet are explored,and an independent factor model for the evolution of the popularity of online public opinion on such events based on system dynamics is established.Pneumonia cases are used as case studies and content analysis to clarify the dynamic relationship and internal logic between events,netizens,media,and the government,and clarify the degree of independent influence of each factor on the evolution of online public opinion enthusiasm for such events.Then,on this basis,by selecting 16 cases of public health emergencies from 2016 to 2021,and analyzing the combination relationship between the influencing factors based on the fsQCA method,it is clear how the combination of different condition variables affects the network of such events The evolution of public opinion.Finally,based on China’s national conditions,it puts forward reference opinions on how to prevent the evolution of network public opinion in such events.
