Swot Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Development Of Small Basketball In Hangzhou

Under the background of "sports power",people pay more and more attention to youth sports,and basketball,as one of the very popular sports,also attracts more and more children to join the ranks.In order to provide sports opportunities for children of different ages and sports levels,enrich their sports experience and better adapt to basketball,the concept of "little basketball" came into being."Little Basketball,Big Dream" was launched in late 2017 by Yao Ming,president of the Chinese Basketball Association,referring to the "Little basketball program" for youth aged 12 and under.In order to explore the status quo of the development of little basketball in Hangzhou,this paper takes teachers,coaches and students from 20 primary schools and 20 basketball training institutions in Hangzhou as the objects of investigation,uses literature,questionnaire,field survey,expert interview,logical analysis and Swot analysis to sort out and summarize relevant data and data received,and then carries out logical analysis.The purpose is to find out the shortcomings in the process of carrying out small basketball in Hangzhou,and put forward specific countermeasures combined with the actual situation,hoping to play a positive role in promoting the development of small basketball in Hangzhou.Results: The development of little basketball in Hangzhou is in the exploratory stage.The favorable factors are that school leaders,parents and students support little basketball actively.In recent years,the scale of the game has gradually expanded,coupled with the extensive publicity of the media,enhancing the influence and attraction of small basketball in Hangzhou;The rules of small basketball are universal and conducive to improving its comprehensive quality.The limiting factor is that the management mechanism of small basketball games in Hangzhou is not perfect,and there is no specialized organization to regulate and supervise the organization and holding of small basketball games.The imperfect hardware facilities for the teaching of little basketball,insufficient resources of little basketball teachers and unbalanced allocation of teaching resources are not conducive to the promotion of little basketball in the city.At the same time,there is no unified and complete teaching plan system and textbook outline for little basketball teaching in the context of prominent contradictions in the school,which is not conducive to the teaching and development of little basketball among students.Research conclusion:(1)Advantages of small basketball in Hangzhou: popular support from the public;The expansion of the competition;Little basketball and the revised rules are more universal.(2)Disadvantages of elementary basketball in Hangzhou: there are limited venues and equipment for elementary basketball in schools and institutions;The lack of teacher resources to carry out small basketball teaching;The organization system and management mechanism of small basketball events are backward.(3)Opportunities for the development of minor basketball in Hangzhou: various sports policy supports issued by the government;We media and other platforms widely publicize small basketball events;Hangzhou’s economic development level is good;Training institutions and school basketball teaching integration development.(4)The threat to the development of small basketball in Hangzhou: the contradiction between learning and sports is prominent;The emergence of other sports diverts small basketball groups;The government lacks supervision on the daily teaching and sports activities of small basketball;School basketball sports resources are not balanced.
