Research On The Cultivation Of Professional Knowledge Quality Of Master Students Of Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

Ideological and political education is a humanities and social science specialty with Chinese characteristic,Chinese style and Chinese manner.As high-level talents in the field of ideological and political education,the cultivation of professional knowledge and quality for master’s students in ideological and political education is conducive to promoting the connotative development of the field,enhancing the core competitiveness of master’s students in ideological and political education,and cultivating a new force to defend the dominant position of mainstream ideology.However,in today’s rapidly developing profession and growing professional team,there are still many problems in the cultivation of professional knowledge and quality for master’s students in ideological and political education.The lack of professional knowledge and quality for master’s students seriously restricts the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in this major.Strengthening the cultivation of professional knowledge and quality for master’s students in ideological and political education in the new era has become a professional and contemporary necessity.The cultivation of the professional knowledge quality of the graduate students of ideological and political education in the new era refers to the training,education and cultivation of the graduate students of ideological and political education in the light of the characteristics and background of the times,which based on the innate endowment of the graduates of ideological and political education and in order to construct the knowledge system and knowledge structure with the knowledge of Marxist theory,the knowledge of ideological and political education,the knowledge of related subjects and the basic knowledge of skills as the core content.Based on the new era,the main content of cultivating the professional knowledge and quality of master’s students in ideological and political education can be summarized as four levels:solid Marxist theoretical knowledge,broad professional knowledge in ideological and political education,extensive knowledge in related disciplines and excellent basic knowledge in skills.Currently,influenced by three factors:society,school,and individual,the cultivation of professional knowledge and quality for master’s students in ideological and political education has problems such as inadequate construction of the training environment,relatively lagging construction of the training mechanism,insufficient supply of training conditions and a lack of initiative for some master’s students to self cultivate.In order to solve the dilemma of cultivating the professional knowledge and quality of master’s students in ideological and political education,the social level should improve the training environment for master’s students in ideological and political education by creating a free and relaxed social environment,creating a clean and upright network environment and other means.At the university level,we should optimize the cultivation mechanism of the master students of ideological and political education by establishing the innovative and scientific curriculum teaching system,strengthening the construction of high-quality and efficient teaching staff,establishing the multi-dimensional and dynamic assessment system,and perfecting the standardized and reasonable management mechanism of the university.We also should improve the training conditions for master students of ideological and political education by perfecting the supply and guarantee of master’s biomass resources,building diversified academic exchange platforms,jointly building and sharing standardized network education platforms,and so on.At the individual level,it is necessary to strengthen the self cultivation of master’s students in ideological and political education by deepening rational cognition,enhancing self-management,and other means,so as to unite the forces of society,schools,and individuals to strengthen the cultivation of professional knowledge and quality for master’s students in ideological and political education in the new era.
