| Under the background of population contraction,it is an important measure to implement the regional coordinated development strategy to promote the process of population urbanization,to narrow the gap of urban economic development,and to realize the coordinated and sustainable development strategy.Under the background of population contraction,it is of great significance to explore the coordination relationship between population urbanization,economic development and basic public services in the three northeastern provinces for the three northeastern provinces to realize "smart contraction" according to local conditions,improve the quality of regional development and promote regional sustainable development.This paper identified the types of the three northeastern cities,using the entropy method,relative development degree model,coupling coordination model,Dagum gini coefficient of the2010 types of population contraction in 2010-2020 urban population urbanization level,economic development level,basic public service level and the dynamic evolution of the coordination characteristics,using geographical detector to analyze the influencing factors and driving mechanism,put forward the corresponding policy Suggestions.The results show that:(1)The cities in the three northeastern provinces are in a situation of regional population contraction,with a high degree of population contraction,and the contraction degree is high in the north and low in the south.(2)From the perspective of time evolution,the urbanization level of urban population is declining,and population structure is the main driving force affecting the growth of population urbanization level;The economic development level showed a trend of small growth and then decline,and economic structure and economic efficiency were the main driving forces for the improvement of economic development level.The level of basic public services is fluctuating and rising,and social security,medical and health care,and cultural services are the main driving forces for the growth of basic public services.From the perspective of individual and temporal and spatial characteristics of cities,the gap between urban population urbanization levels increased,and the spatial distribution showed a pattern of "high in the south and low in the north,and convex in the middle".The gap between cities in economic development level has narrowed,and the spatial distribution shows a pattern of high south and low north.The spatial heterogeneity of the basic public service level is weakened,and the overall spatial pattern is "low on the east and west sides,and high in the middle".From the perspective of the time evolution characteristics of cities with different types of population contraction,the level of population urbanization and economic development of different types of population contraction differed significantly,except for the severe contraction type,the degree of population contraction was negatively correlated with the level of population urbanization.The degree of population contraction is inversely correlated with the level of economic development.There is a correlation between the degree of population shrinkage and the level of basic public services,but there is no regular correlation.(3)The coordination degree of urban population urbanization-economic development-basic public services showed an upward trend,and the coordination level realized the transition from barely coordinated to primary coordination,but the overall level was low;From the perspective of relative development,at the overall level,the basic public services of cities in the three northeastern provinces lagged behind population urbanization and economic development,and at the level of different types of cities,except for population growth cities,population urbanization lagged behind economic development and basic public services,and the basic public services of the remaining four types of cities lagged behind population urbanization and economic development.The level of coordination was negatively correlated with the degree of population contraction,and there were significant differences between cities with different types of population contraction.The spatial differentiation of coordination degree showed a downward trend overall,and the differences between urban groups with different population shrinkage types were the main sources of spatial differentiation of coordination degree.(4)The spatial differentiation of coordination degree is an interactive cycle process of multi-factor through the comprehensive role of "government macro-control,economic pull,social promotion,and scientific and technological support";Per capita disposable income,per capita GDP,per capita fixed asset investment,per capita retail sales of consumer goods,and number of patents granted are the main driving factors.The enhancement type is mainly two-factor enhancement,supplemented by nonlinear enhancement.Therefore,according to the development characteristics of each city,it is necessary to reasonably promote population urbanization,promote economic transformation,achieve equalization of basic public services,and implement differentiated development strategies is an important measure to improve the level of coordination. |
