| Since the reform and opening up,China’s socio-economic development has changed with each passing day.The rapid and high-quality development has caused tremendous changes in China’s economic society and people’s lives.Different regional development plans and population policies implemented in different periods have exacerbated the spatial movement of China’s population, reshaped the spatial distribution pattern of China’s population,a trend of population aggregation, and different population densifications in different regions. In recent years,large-scale population migration has occurred in the three provinces of Northeast China.Compared with other regions where the population has migrated, there has not been a significant population influx. At present, most of the researches on population spatial concentration are national or concentrated in cities or urban agglomerations where a large number of populations have flowed into, but few studies have focused on the characteristics of population migration. The place where the population moves in and the place where they move out are of equal status and are interconnected. The population development in the place where they move out is as important as the situation in the place where they move in.As the important old industrial bases and agricultural bases in China, the three northeastern provinces have a very important strategic position for maintaining national defense security, food and ecological security, energy and industrial security. They are related to the overall development of the country, and social production activities cannot be separated from human beings. With participation, the population development of the three northeastern provinces is also related to the overall revitalization of the northeast. Therefore, this article takes the population aggregation of the three northeast provinces as the research object, and uses various methods of demographic analysis to analyze the population aggregation characteristics and changes of the three northeast provinces through census data of various years, statistical yearbook data of each province, and census of district counties.,And the impact of population migration on population aggregation. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The population concentration of the three northeastern provinces is in a stable and progressive state. The population is mainly concentrated in provincial capitals and more economically developed cities, such as Harbin,Shenyang,Changchun, and Dalian. All indicators of population aggregation have increased, and population aggregation has gradually increased.(2)Population migration has a direct impact on population aggregation, and there is a certain difference in population aggregation between the resident population and the registered population. The basic trend of population migration in the three northeastern provinces is to move from counties and cities to urban areas, from ordinary cities to provincial capital cities, and from less developed areas to areas with better economic development. The gap between the resident population and the household registration population is expanding.Although there is a net outflow of population in the three northeastern provinces as a whole, there is still a population accumulation within the population and it is constantly strengthening. The outflow has not caused the population accumulation to decline or disappear.(3)Factors in the economic field other than population migration are the main aspects affecting population aggregation.Various economic indicators, such as per capita GDP,the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries, and other military populations have an impact.(4)The population migration in some areas is relatively serious, and the population is losing. |
