With the advent of "core literacy",The educational goal of secondary school physics curriculum is not satisfied with the teaching of students’ knowledge and the improvement of skills,but is oriented to enhance the value of curriculum education,and further realize in-depth subject education.Nowadays,students usually believe that physics research originated and emerged in the West,while they think that China did not contribute to the study of physics in ancient times,or even that no physicist ever existed in China.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,Mohist scientific thought covers a wide range of fields,including mechanics,optics and acoustics,and is an indispensable cultural treasure of ancient Chinese physics theory.This thesis is oriented towards enhancing the nurturing value of the physics curriculum,digging deep into the relevant theories of Mohist scientific thought,and at the same time researching and analysing them in relation to the actual situation of students,with the aim of infiltrating Mohist scientific thought into secondary school physics teaching and injecting new vitality into the implementation form of nurturing physics subjects.Firstly,the author summarises the background of the study by reading and collating relevant policy documents and previous literature,and examines and analyses the significance of the study from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Secondly,based on the cultural-historical development theory and constructivist learning theory,this thesis explores the physics theories in Mohist scientific thought and discusses the feasibility of the penetration of Mohist scientific thought into secondary school physics teaching from three dimensions: national policy guidance,curriculum standard requirements and the adaptation of current teaching materials.Thirdly,using the opportunity of the educational internship,a questionnaire is developed using relevant educational theories to investigate the current status of secondary school physics teaching,and the results are analysed and compared quantitatively to form the findings of the survey.On the basis of these findings,the study discusses the optimisation of the penetration of Mohist scientific ideas into secondary school physics teaching in terms of principle exploration,resource development and strategy integration,taking into account the characteristics of the physics subject,the layout of physics textbooks and the content of Mohist scientific ideas.Finally,the junior and senior high school physics courses "Linear Propagation of Light" and "Newton’s First Law" are used as the relevant lessons to optimize the design,and front-line teachers are invited to conduct teaching evaluation,summarize their advantages and shortcomings,and then construct the overall conclusion of this study,analyze the shortcomings of this study,and look forward to the future development trend of this research.
