At the advanced phase of human thought, the development of logical thought is consist of abstract logical thought and dialectic logical thought. On the one hand, abstract logical thought is a science as a tool. It can offer the logical rule frequently applied in cognition of things and expression of idea. And it can offer logical tool for searching new knowledge, which is good for expressing our idea exactly. On the other hand, the dialectic logical thought is the most essential and the core factors for innovation thought movement, hence, it becomes one important component of quality education. In the light of logical theory, we scan the teaching of physical rules in high school. We logically analyse all kind of physical rules, including a lot of physical judgment. On the basis of elaborating the thought and the physical thought as well as some concerned basic theories, how to raise students' logical thought in high school physics teaching is discussed, and concrete teaching methods are provided, which, to a certain degree, gives high school physics teachers some theoretical basis and practice guidance on how to consciously raise the students' capability of logical thought.
