In recent years,driven by the 2022 Winter Olympics,the number of social sports instructors for skiing in China has increased rapidly.However,in the face of the huge demand for ski social sports services,the number of instructors is still insufficient.At the same time,existing training often lacks substantive content,making it difficult for students to truly master practical knowledge.Therefore,in the training of social sports instructors for skiing,improving the training effect is particularly crucial.Starting from the core of the scientific concept of development,people are the purpose and support of development.According to Koch’s theory,the idea of putting people first is the key.We need to improve the quality,knowledge,skills,and work standards of sports instructors in ski societies to meet the growing demand for public sports services.This article uses various research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,interview outline,and mathematical statistics to conduct in-depth research on social sports instructors for skiing in Beijing.Based on the literature,this article conducts a comparative study of the development status,management system,existing problems,management strategies,and social sports instructors for skiing at home and abroad.At the same time,based on the existing technical level training syllabus for social sports instructors,and in the perspective of Koch’s theory,focusing on the needs of instructors,a multi-dimensional training effectiveness evaluation system has been constructed.Based on a survey of training satisfaction among the instructors at the Beijing Ski Social Sports Instructor Training Station,this article proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions to further improve the training system and mechanism of ski social sports instructors and promote the healthy development of social sports undertakings.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Ski instructors have a clear understanding before training,and have a high demand for training content.(2)In terms of the reaction layer,Beijing ski instructors view practice as an important component of personal development.After training,they improve teaching content and reasonable plans,significantly improve teaching level,and lay a solid foundation for planning.(3)In terms of learning level,the development of ski instructor training is influenced by training content,methods,and teachers.Instructors with rich experience can reasonably design content and practice,and provide high-quality teaching resources.(4)In terms of behavior,after training,ski instructors have improved their technical abilities,expanded their knowledge and vision,and had a full spirit in class.They have demonstrated standardized movements,making their technical abilities more professional and scientific.(5)In terms of achievement level,after training,the satisfaction level of ski instructors has significantly improved,enabling them to gain access to more valuable knowledge.The following are suggestions based on the above conclusions:(1)Strengthen the construction of the team of ski social sports instructors in Beijing;(2)Strengthen the training of ski social sports instructors in Beijing;(3)Establish a training and evaluation system and training and evaluation standards;(4)Build a training and feedback platform for ski instructors...
