Nowadays,sports instructors are both organizers and leaders for social sports activities,so the training of social sports instructors becomes the focus of sports work in our country,so as to meet the sports needs of people's life.In order to comprehensively improve the overall level of social sports instructors in our country,better carry out the work of social sports instructors,and let high-level instructors guide and drive the work of lower-level social sports instructors,we should first study and plan the training courses of senior social sports instructors,that is,national social sports instructors.Through investigation and research,we find that the current national social guidance Based on the theoretical model of ADDIE curriculum,this paper proposes a research plan to improve the overall level of social sports instructors from top to bottom.Based on the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and ADDIE course theory model,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the training course system in Shandong Province and the basic situation of students and related suggestions were investigated.(1)The individual situation of national social sports instructors varies greatly.The average age is older,the female instructor is slightly more than the male,the education level is lower,the guiding years are relatively rich,and the number of days of guidance per week is more.(2)The trainees are more satisfied with the overall evaluation of the training course.The students' satisfaction with the whole training course is high,but there is also a certain demand adjustment at the level of adjustment suggestions,and the training course meets the requirements of the outline and system.(3)The orientation of the training objectives is too general and does not correspond to the actual situation of the trainees.The training objectives are formulated according to the requirements of the outline,and are not properly adjusted according to the basic requirements development requirements of Shandong students are not properly adjusted.(4)The training is broad and lacks balance and pertinence.The training courses are generally based on the outline and the base's superior resources,and do not integrate the actual needs of the trainees,while the self-designed and self-taught courses are not realistically adjusted and planned.(5)The proportion of training structure arrangement is improper,ignoring the importance of self-designed courses and self-taught courses.The level of training structure is biased towards the theory course,the practice class is less,at the same time,the self-designed courses and self-taught courses are not fully utilized,and the proportion arrangement is improper.(6)Lack of innovation in training methods.Training methods are more traditional,lack of innovative adjustment and planning,should pay attention to the integration of theory and practice teaching.
