| Table tennis is one of the important teaching contents of ball specialized sports skills in primary and secondary schools under the New Curriculum Standards.However,the current educational output of primary school table tennis courses is not satisfactory.The OBE education concept that emphasizes student-centered,results-oriented,process oriented,evaluation oriented,and continuous improvement has a positive significance for improving the educational efficiency of table tennis courses.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore a feasible way to solve the existing table tennis teaching problems in primary schools by using the OBE concept and then around the fundamental task of improving students’ sports core quality,try to integrate the OBE education concept into table tennis teaching by restructuring teaching objectives,enriching teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and improving teaching evaluation,and test the implementation effect of teaching reform through teaching practice.Summarize the practical experience of applying OBE education concept to table tennis teaching and provide theoretical and practical reference for improving the effectiveness of table tennis teaching in primary schools.This study adopts the methods of literature and expert interviews to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design of the primary table tennis curriculum reform plan.On this basis,explore the idea of integrating the OBE education concept into the table tennis teaching in primary schools,and then design the teaching plan of table tennis course in primary schools based on the OBE concept.In the teaching experiment part,in the third grade of Qingdao Fulin Primary School,this study randomly selected two classes of students as the experimental subjects,one of which was the experimental class(age 8.43± 0.50 years old,height 1.31 ± 0.06 m,weight 29.22 ± 6.85 kg,number of 40 people)to carry out the table tennis teaching reform practice;The other class is the control class(age8.32 ± 0.47 years old,height 1.29 ± 0.05 m,weight 27.72 ± 6.09 kg,number 40),which is taught according to the traditional table tennis teaching mode.The course intervention time is 12 weeks,3 times a week,40 minutes each time.Before and after the experiment,the teaching effect of the course was measured and evaluated by using the "Evaluation Standard for Students’ Table Tennis Skills","National Standard for Students’ Physical Health","Children’s Gross Movement Development Test Scale(TGMD-2)","Sports and Health Education Knowledge Answers","Evaluation Standard for Primary School Students’ Physical Morality" and "Evaluation Standard for Primary School Students’ Psychological Quality".The statistics and analysis of the measured data were carried out in SPSS23.0.The independent sample t-test was used for the analysis of the difference between the experimental group and the control group,and the paired sample t-test was used for the analysis of the difference between the experimental group and the control group.The critical value of the significant difference was P=0.05.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)Compared with the traditional table tennis teaching,the table tennis teaching designed based on the OBE concept can more effectively improve the ability of students to hit the ball,serve forehand,attack forehand,attack backhand,move in parallel and serve to attack,and also has better effects in promoting the development of students’ mobility gross movements and improving the physical quality of cardiopulmonary function,displacement speed,body coordination,core strength and so on.(2)Compared with traditional table tennis teaching,table tennis teaching designed based on OBE concept can achieve better results in cultivating students’ sports and health knowledge,and can improve the shortcomings of traditional table tennis teaching in cultivating students’ cooperation ability and emotional adjustment ability,and play a better role in improving students’ psychological quality.(3)The effect of traditional table tennis teaching in cultivating students’ good sports morality is not satisfactory,while the table tennis teaching based on OBE concept can solve this problem.Through student-centered experiential teaching,it can play a better role in cultivating students’ sports morality.(4)The table tennis course designed based on the OBE concept in this study achieved83.4% of the total goal,including 82.20% of the goal of sports ability training,89.50% of the goal of healthy behavior training,and 83.8% of the goal of sports morality training.Specifically,the achievement degree of each sub-goal is above 90%.The first level is the goal of competition appreciation,sports habits and knowledge mastery;The second level is the goal of movement development,sports morality,psychological quality and physical health,and the degree of achievement is between 80% and 85%;The third level is the goal of special technology and special connection,and the degree of achievement is between75% and 80%. |
