Research On The Training Mode Of Japanese Table Tennis Reserve Talents From The Perspective Of Holistic Education Concept

Thanks to the training mode of table tennis reserve talents formed by schools as the main position,in recent years,the competitive strength of table tennis in Japan has been significantly improved,and the competitive ability and cultural education of table tennis reserve talents have also been developed simultaneously.In the new era of deepening the integration of sports and education in my country and promoting the healthy development of young people,it is of great practical significance to discuss the training of Japanese table tennis reserve talents for broadening the training path of my country’s table tennis reserve talents and promoting the all-round development of athletes.Based on this,this paper takes the Japanese table tennis reserve talent training model from the perspective of the concept of holistic education as the research object,and uses the method of documentation,expert interviews,logical analysis and case analysis to deeply analyze the concept of holistic education.The roles and roles played by the three dimensions of,society and school in the training process of Japanese table tennis reserve talents,and put forward research inspirations from outside the field to provide theoretical reference for the training of my country’s table tennis reserve talents to achieve the integration of sports and education and maintain high-quality development and practical reference.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1)Japan has always adhered to the holistic education concept of "health,truth,goodness,beauty and wealth",leading the high-quality development of table tennis reserve talents,and has formed a distinctive path with elite shaping and education.Table tennis reserve talent training mode.2)The Japanese table tennis reserve talent training model is characterized by the organic integration of sports and education.Its school is its main position,and the state and society provide external environmental support.3)The "sports department" of Japanese schools at all levels is the core hub where schools,competitions and mass sports are closely connected,and has played an important role in the training of table tennis reserve talents.4)High attention and diverse resources from all walks of life have helped to promote the vigorous development of Japanese campus table tennis,and student athletes have become the main force of Japanese table tennis reserve talents.5)The training of Japanese youth table tennis reserve talents presents the characteristics of campus,hierarchical,young and elite.6)Japan has formed an internal environment for the training of table tennis reserve talents that integrates echelon construction,learning and training methods,competition system and selection and competition mechanism with schools as the main position,which has well alleviated the contradiction between learning and training.7)The establishment of the U-series national team and the JOC elite academy on the basis of the school as the main position has greatly promoted the competitive level of Japanese table tennis reserve talents.Based on the above conclusions,the following inspirations are put forward: 1)In the future,we should adhere to the quality education concept of "morality,intelligence,physical beauty and labor",and lead the high-quality development of my country’s table tennis reserve talents.2)Government departments,sports systems and all sectors of society should form a joint force with the school to establish a broad campus table tennis united front.3)The majority of primary and secondary school students are the source of our country’s table tennis reserve talents.We should adhere to the mass line of going from school to school to do a good job in the training of table tennis reserve talents.4)Closely rely on the school to build a youth table tennis training system that conforms to the laws of physical and mental development and education in my country.5)Optimize the training and selection of table tennis reserve talents in my country,attach importance to the training of table tennis players of low age,and improve the construction of the table tennis reserve talent echelon.
