| Research objective: Good directional shifting ability and excellent lower limb explosive power can improve athletes’ physical stress ability and rapid muscle strength,so as to rapidly coordinate movements and reduce the risk of body injury in sports.FIFA11+exercises is a warm-up program designed by FIFA to prevent sports injuries through training of lower limb muscle strength, core stability and balance sensitivity.Studies at home and abroad have confirmed the influence of FIFA11+ exercises on balance and agility, but the effect of changing movement ability and lower limb explosive power of primary and secondary school football players is still unclear. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the influence of FIFA11+ exercises on the changeover mobility and lower limb explosive power of junior high school football students,so as to provide a more ideal warm-up scheme for adolescent football players to enhance their physical exercise ability and reduce the risk of sports injury.Research methods: In this study,40 14-15 year old junior high school football students in Lulong Town Middle School of Qinhuangdao were selected as experimental objects, and literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics were used to carry out the research. The experimental method was randomized, and 40 subjects were divided into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The ratio of male and female students was 1:1.The experimental group received FIFA11+exercises,while the control group received regular warm-up exercises, training three times a week,90 minutes each time,a total of 12 weeks of intervention. Finally, all 40 students completed the experiment.Among them,Illinois Run test, square step test and AFL(with ball)test were selected as the test indexes of changing direction movement ability,and30-meter sprint, standing long jump and vertical jump touch height were selected as the test indexes of lower limb explosive power.SPSS26.0 was used to conduct independent sample T test for all indicators between groups before and after the experiment, and paired sample T test for all indicators within the group before and after the experiment,so as to explore the effect of FIFA11+ exercise on the changing movement ability and lower limbs explosive power of junior high school football students.Results:(1)Before the experiment, there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in variable direction mobility, lower limb explosive power and FMS test indexes(P > 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of intervention, the Illinois running test(male: 18.26±0.66 s vs19.11±0.60 s,P<0.05;Female: 20.31±0.76 s vs 21.13±0.80 s,P<0.05),square step test(male:6.19±0.24 s vs 6.45±0.29 s,P<0.05;Female: 7.79±0.46 s vs 8.36±0.53 s,P<0.05)and AFL(ball)test(male: 11.86±0.38 s vs 12.60±0.53 s,P<0.05;Female: 15.38±0.72 s vs15.98±0.83 s,P<0.05)were significantly lower than before the experiment;AFL test in control group(male: 12.32±0.47 s vs 12.70±0.66 s,P<0.05;Female: 16.09±0.66 s vs16.40±0.64 s,P<0.05)was significantly lower than before the experiment, the other two indexes had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups, the Illinois running test in the experimental group after intervention(male: 18.26±0.66 s vs18.85±0.43 s,P<0.05;Female: 20.31±0.76 s vs 20.98±0.65 s,P<0.05),square step test(male:6.19±0.24 s vs 6.48±0.27 s,P<0.05;Female: 7.79±0.46 s vs 8.38±0.51 s,P<0.05)and AFL(ball)test(male: 11.86±0.38 s vs 12.32±0.47 s,P<0.05;Women: 15.38±0.72 s vs16.09±0.66 s,P<0.05)were significantly lower than the control group.(3)After 12 weeks of intervention,in the lower extremity explosive power, the experimental group of 30 meters sprint(male: 4.53±0.21 s vs 4.74±0.20 s,P<0.05;Female:5.48±0.37 s vs 5.65±0.36 s,P<0.05)the time of standing long jump was significantly lower than that before the experiment(male: 2.44±0.09 m vs 2.32±0.10 m,P<0.05;Female:1.86±0.12 m vs 1.74±0.13 m,P<0.05)and vertical jump height(male: 47.10±4.51 cm vs39.30±4.62 cm,P<0.05;Female: 33.10±2.99 cm vs 27.90±3.21 cm,P<0.05)was significantly higher than that before the experiment;Control group(male: 4.68±0.16 s vs4.82±0.15 s,P<0.05;Female: 5.52±0.31 s vs 5.64±0.33 s,P<0.05)was significantly lower than before the experiment, and there was no significant difference in the other two tests(P>0.05).Between the two groups, after intervention, the experimental group stood long jump(male: 2.44±0.09 m vs 2.36±0.06 m,P<0.05;Female: 1.86±0.12 m vs 1.76±0.10 m,P<0.05)and vertical jump height(male: 47.10±4.51 cm vs 41.30±2.31 cm,P<0.05;Female:33.10±2.99 cm vs 30.20±3.12 cm,P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of control group, but there was no significant difference between 30 meter sprint and control group(P>0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of intervention, the total score of FMS in the experimental group(17.20±1.32 points vs 14.65±1.35 points,P<0.05)was significantly higher than that before the experiment; The total score of control group was not significantly different from that before the experiment(P>0.05).After intervention, the total score of the experimental group(17.20±1.32 points vs 15.10±1.29 points,P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: 12-week FIFA11+ practice can significantly improve the level of change-direction mobility and lower limb explosive power of junior high school football students, and reduce the risk of sports injury. |
