| In recent years,Chinese campus football is in full swing.The perfection of various systems and training level are becoming more and more scientific.Moreover,the primary school students are the first group in contact with the football movement,but also the main group participating in the football movement.This study will apply FIFA 11+kids exercises to primary school sports football class,analyze the changes of students’ physical fitness level,sports learning interest and sports injury risk before and after the experimental intervention,verify whether positive effects have been achieved through experimental data,provide reference for primary school football teaching and promote the vigorous development of campus football.This study adopted the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to select 99 students from two classes of Grade 6 primary school for a 13-week teaching experiment.Students in the experimental class used FIFA 11+kids exercises to complete the preparation activities,while students in the control class used the conventional preparation activities.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)Before the experiment,there were no significant differences in physical fitness,sports learning interest and sports injury risk between the experimental class and the control class(P>0.05).(2)Physical level:After the experiment,the physical level of both the experimental class and the control class was improved,but the experimental class had higher scores in standing long jump,Illinois and star offset balance test than the control class,with significant differences(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in 20m running(P>0.05).The results show that FIFA11+kids exercises can improve the explosive power,agility and dynamic balance ability of students’ lower limbs.Both the control class and the experimental class can improve the speed quality.(3)Sports learning interests:After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in sports learning interest in sports participation,sports learning negativity and independent learning(P<0.05),and there were very significant differences in sports learning enthusiasm(P<0.01).The results show that FIFA 11+kids practice has a good effect on improving students’ interest in sports learning.(4)Sports injury risk:After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the straight leg lunge,trunk stability and rotation stability(P<0.05),and very significant differences in the total score of FMS(P<0.01),indicating that FIFA11+kids can help reduce the risk of sports injury.Based on the teaching experiment results,the following suggestions are put forward:1.FIFA 11+kids practice has shown good application effect in football class,and this practice method can be applied and extended to football teaching and training.2.Compared with the regular preparation activities,FIFA 11+kids’ practice time is slightly longer,and their movements are not skilled in the early learning period,and error correction will also take time.Therefore,the distance and number of exercises can be adjusted appropriately.3.Attention should be paid to the stretching of upper limb muscles when the content of physical education is mainly upper limb movements.4.This training program has not been formally introduced in China,and there are relatively few researches on it.In-depth research on FIFA 1 1+kids exercises is needed to discover its practical value,so as to provide scientific training and guidance for lower age groups. |
