Study On The Cultivation Of Special Football Interns In Chinese Football Academy(Qinhuang Dao)

In the final analysis,the competition of modern football is the competition of talents,formally the competition of athletes,but in essence the competition of coaches.For the growth of young players,the role of coaches is more important.Beijing sports university was established in 2018 the Chinese football sports college and set up a training base in qinhuangdao U13-an U19 age youth team,team coach in basic it is foreign coach,assistant manager,mostly from BSU football interns,and worked as an intern in qinhuangdao led a year or so,assistant coach to grow,how to help us improve the level of teaching.Through the investigation of the football interns of Peking University in qinhuangdao training base,this paper makes an in-depth and detailed investigation and research on the cultivation of interns by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interview.China football academy(qinhuangdao)receives football students from Beijing sport university to practice here every year,serving as assistant coaches and managing teams of all ages.Through the research,this paper finds out the effect and deficiency of football special intern training in Chinese football academy(qinhuangdao),mainly the existing problems,including the work distribution of interns in the training process,the scope of work responsibilities,team coaching training,leading the team to go out for matches and so on.Based on the current situation and investigation results of the Chinese football academy(qinhuangdao),this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions on the cultivation of special football interns in Chinese football academy(qinhuangdao).
