Research objective: Agility is very important in football.The FIFA11+ exercises promoted by FIFA,as a kind of exercises specially aimed at football warm-up,provide theoretical guidance for the majority of coaches.This study uses FIFA11+ exercises and traditional warm-up exercises in training,and compares the influence of two different warm-up schemes on the agility and quality of female football players in colleges and universities.It provides more training methods to improve the agility and quality of female football players in colleges and universities,so as to improve sports performance.Research methods: In this study,34 female soccer players from Nanjing University of Sport were randomly divided into two groups,control group and experimental group,with 17 players in each group,using mathematical statistics,literature,expert interview,experiment and questionnaire survey.The control group and the experimental group were respectively subjected to traditional warm-up training and FIFA11+exercises for 12 weeks.Finally,the sensitivity and quality of the two groups were tested,and then data analysis and statistics were conducted by SPASS22.0 statistical software.Results: During the 12-week experiment,FIFA11+ exercise was used in the experimental group,and the scores of the three tests of agility were improved before and after the experiment,and there were significant differences between the triangulation and AFL agility tests(P<0.01),except for Illinois Agility Run(P<0.05);The results of all three tests in the control group were improved before and after the experiment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The results show that:(1)FIFA11+ practice can improve the ability of female football players in colleges and universities to react sensitively,change movements and change directions.(2)From the test scores before and after the experiment,both FIFA11+ exercises and traditional warm-up exercises can improve the agility and quality of college female soccer players to varying degrees,but FIFA11+ exercises have a more significant improvement.(3)FIFA11+ exercises mainly improve the sensitivity quality by strengthening the explosive power,core and lower limb strength,and muscle control ability of special women’s soccer players.
