With the continuous development of society, the state is paying more attention on the construction of politics, economy and culture, environment and so on, especially the culture construction. As everyone knows, Shenzhen is the first to create a special economic zone after China's reform and open policy, its science and technology developed rapidly, and the level of education has a rapid development. Educational institutions demand the talents greatly, and there are increasingly high requirements. Since China's implementation of the new curriculum reform, in order to meet the needs of modern teaching in the physical education, the physical education teachers are constantly demanded in the primary and secondary schools, the sports teachers must have adept professional skills, solid theory foundation of knowledge, rich teaching methods and noble moral character. PE Teachers' comprehensive ability level affects the teaching quality directly, and the training is one of the main ways to obtain knowledge of the teaching for physical education teachers, physical education teachers' training is an important part of physical education. The design of the related curriculum and the construction of the in-service educational training for the physical education teachers not only mainly embody the practicability and pertinence of the training contents, but also are the problem of essence and comprehensiveness in the process of training for the physical education teachers.Status quo of Shenzhen City Longgang District primary and secondary school physical education teachers in-service education, this thesis in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, primary and secondary school physical education teacher in-service education and training status, for example, by using the method of literature, survey interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of investigation and analysis, the results show that:1 Through the survey, the city of Shenzhen as a developed city, economic development can promote the use of education, so the primary and middle schools in Longgang District of Shenzhen city to the sports curriculum value.2 Shenzhen City Longgang District primary and secondary school physical education teacher's seniority structure more reasonable, and the ratio of male to female constitutes the prominent, which most of the PE teachers in middle and primary school education structure has some room for development.3 Teachers participate in training motivation, they hope that through their own actively participate in training to improve self professional quality, the development of self service level.4 Primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen city Longgang District, the majority of PE teachers think in sports training, training teaching methods varied, training frequency is reasonable.5 Through the investigation, the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Longgang District of Shenzhen city that school-based training is necessary, school-based curriculum is the school BanJiao characteristics due to the top leadership of the school-based curriculum understanding insufficiency, lack of awareness, resulting in school-based curriculum training was not to pay attention to and develop.6 Through the survey, primary and secondary school physical education teachers training units or institutions in Shenzhen District of Longgang City, did not do the corresponding training needs survey and access before the training, the training content of practicability and pertinence is not strong.To this end, we propose the following recommendations1 Training institutions should be well prepared before training, training curriculum, determined by interview or survey in curriculum setting should be set up more in order to meet the needs of different school teachers. In addition, the training should undertake partial component, the implementation of school-based curriculum of schools can use the school physical education teachers backbone training, or training teachers training.2 On the selection of the training unit must cause enough attention, and education training unit or deal with strict supervision on the choice of teaching material, unified training materials, and in choosing teaching materials for primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching actual desired Settings, such as:write new campus sports related teaching materials, etc.3 Training content must be practical, targeted, time. In primary and middle school sports teacher training, training content choice should be consistent with the professor of PE teachers in primary and secondary school courses required. In addition, training units can also be some loved by the majority of primary and secondary school students of new sports curriculum content development, such as roller skating, campus dance.4 The establishment of the effective training funds safeguard mechanism, on the one hand, should be borne by the government, schools and teachers three party physical education teachers in primary and middle school training funds. On the other hand, teacher training can by retention of paid leave to participate in training and during the training given reimbursement and subsidies, so that both can participated in the training of personnel to cherish the training opportunities, and encourage teachers to actively participate in the training, improve the training efficiency.5 The construction of a scientific and comprehensive training related laws and regulations, and work out evaluative significance appraisal system. Through the establishment of a strict and effective way of appraisal to train teachers eventually training, to make the right evaluation can also correct learning attitude, training teachers to participate in the training process and improve training teachers to participate in training the enthusiasm.
