| At present,family education focuses on students’ academic level,but not on physical health.Family physical education is seriously lacking.This paper aims to design suitable content of family physical education for primary school students at different levels,verify the feasibility of the path of "combining online and offline",provide reference for parents to carry out family physical education,enrich the content of family physical education,improve parents’ family education level,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating students’ lifelong awareness of physical exercise and forming good living habits.By using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and action research,this study systematically analyzed and summarized the basic theory of "Content construction and implementation path of primary school students’ family physical education in the new era",designed the specific content and implementation path,operated the public account,and independently produced 16 short videos of family physical education.The practice was verified in 30 students from Class 1,Grade 5 of Gujiao No.1 Primary School.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Entering the new era,the Party and the state put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents;The nature of education has changed,from a single school education to a full range of life cycle education;The physical education subject target focuses on the core quality of students.This series of changes is not only related to school education,but also plays a vital role in family education.The above social background provides the basis for the implementation of family physical education.(2)The development of family physical education for primary school students in the new era is affected by factors such as parents’ occupation and family per capita monthly income;In addition,most parents pay more attention to their children’s family physical education;In the form of carrying out individual exercise mainly;In the choice of educational content,ball mainly;The activities of family members are mainly carried out on weekends,holidays or other free time,only a small number of families will have a fixed time every day in the community and the park for physical exercise.(3)The content system of family physical education for primary school students in the new era is constructed on the basis of two rounds of expert surveys.Level 1contains three first-level contents: basic motor skills,health education and physical morality;Level 2 and Level 3 contain four first-level contents: physical fitness,special motor skills,health education and physical morality.Three secondary contents are subdivided under basic motor skills,health education and sports morality,and six secondary contents are subdivided under physical fitness and special motor skills.On this basis,specific contents are constructed.(4)Family physical education for primary school students in the new era mainly consists of three paths: "combination of online and offline","combination of home and school",and "linkage between family and community".This study conducted an empirical study on the path of "combination of online and offline",and proved that it is feasible to adopt the path of "combination of online and offline" in family physical education. |
