This paper collects,combs,summarizes and summarizes the information and data of 12 typical rural primary schools in Pingliang through literature research,interview and field research,and concludes that under the background of poverty alleviation through education,the implementation path of introducing small basketball teaching in rural primary schools includes:1.Basic education assistance,detailed poverty alleviation tasks,and promotion of small basketball teaching,including economic poverty alleviation,ideological poverty alleviation and sports facilities poverty alleviation.That is to speed up capital investment,cultivate small basketball culture and provide basic sports facilities for small basketball;2.Face up to the importance of physical education and cultivate the fertile land of small basketball teaching.No matter from the point of view of the importance of physical education,the achievements of physical education or the influence of physical education,rural primary schools in Pingliang area should ensure that on the basis of targeted poverty alleviation,the physical education in rural primary schools should continue to innovate and reform,orderly and healthy development,so as to cultivate the fertile land of small basketball teaching;3.Recruit full-time physical education teachers and train leading teachers in small basketball teaching.Professional teachers can not only cultivate children’s interest in small basketball,but also let them learn the skills and techniques of small basketball from primary and secondary schools,so as to cultivate reserve forces for Chinese basketball career;4.Learn from the experience of small basketball teaching in Beijing,Tianjin,Henan,Sichuan,Xi’an and other places,invite relevant experts to explain and demonstrate in class,and then promote,similar to the case of early promotion of radio gymnastics;5.Using the modern multimedia teaching method,gather the primary school students to watch the video and courseware related to the small basketball in the physical education class,cultivate the primary school students’ cognition of the small basketball and enjoy the happiness brought by the small basketball from the senses;6.Set up small basketball interest classes in rural primary schools to promote the development of small basketball teaching.That is to say,schools set up interest classes,make rational use of resources and optimize the allocation of resources,sothat everyone can learn from each other,compete with each other and cooperate with each other,so as to improve the professional level of primary school students,so that small basketball can be carried out orderly and efficiently;7.Set up the small Basketball League to enrich the campus culture,so as to spread the small basketball culture,increase the propaganda of the big and small basketball projects,so as to make the concept of small basketball rooted in the campus and expand its influence;8.Carry out small basketball through "competition" with teachers.That is to say,the middle school students are in a group and the PE teachers are in a group.Through the competition between the two,the primary school students’ love and interest in the small basketball are cultivated,and the small basketball teaching is carried out in a competitive way.
