| In order to cultivate socialist builders and successors who can take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation in the new era,the Party and the country must implement the four-in-one cultivation strategy of "enjoying fun,strengthening physical fitness,sound personality and refining will".This study explores the content and pathways of frustration education,improves students’ ability to resist frustration and refines their wills.The study uses literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical and statistical methods and action research methods to investigate and analyse the social background of implementing frustration education in the primary school physical education and health curriculum and the current situation and problems of implementing frustration education in the primary school physical education curriculum in the new era.Based on this,a content system for the implementation of frustration education in PE and health curriculum was constructed,and the pathway for the implementation of frustration education in PE and health curriculum was analysed,and finally the constructed content system and pathway were tested through action research.The conclusions of the study are:1.The social development background of the new era has put forward higher requirements for students’ frustration resistance,and the social changes of the new era require primary school students to have good frustration resistance to cope with changes;the Party and the state have issued relevant policies that require primary school students to sharpen their willpower,cultivate positive and optimistic attitudes,enhance social adaptability and strengthen mental health education to improve students’ frustration resistance;the subject of physical education requires physical education to pay attention to students’ core literacy.The current problems in the implementation of frustration education in China’s physical education and health curriculum are as follows:① Primary school students have low frustration resistance,and their performance is the worst in terms of emotional control and seeking family support;the lower the level of students’frustration resistance,the worse the frustration resistance;only children are significantly worse than non-only children in seeking external support;②Physical education teachers are more effective in In the implementation of frustration education in physical education and health courses,there is a lack of awareness of frustration education,infrequent implementation,limited teaching content,single pathway and single evaluation method;3.The content system is divided into two levels of indicators,in which emotional control includes recognising and perceiving other people’s emotions and one’s own emotions,venting emotions,mastering ways to regulate emotions and stabilising emotions;goal focus includes setting reasonable goals and learning to make plans to achieve them;positive perception includes facing difficulties courageously,being brave to challenges and being confident and optimistic;family support includes actively seeking help from family members when encountering difficulties;interpersonal collaboration includes getting along with others in a harmonious manner and establishing a relationship with others.4.The implementation of frustration education in primary school physical education and health curriculum in the new era has "the path of physical education class teaching","the path of combining online and offline","the path of combining home and school"The four paths have their own characteristics and scope of application,and have positive effects on the implementation of frustration education;5.I conducted an action research test on the constructed Level 3 content system and the "teaching pathway for physical education" and concluded that the implementation of the constructed content and pathway had achieved positive results. |
