Research On The Development Strategy Of Russian Far East Sports Touris With China Under The Belt And Road Initiative

With the continuous expansion of the development scale of Russian sports tourism industry and the gradual growth of industrial economy,it has become an important pillar of happiness industry and green health industry.The high-quality development of sports tourism industry has not only become the inevitable trend of the development of related industries,but also conforms to the realistic demand of the "new normal" of Russian economic development.This paper takes the sports tourism industry in the Russian Far East under the background of "One Belt and One Road" as the research object.Through the method of literature,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,it deeply analyzes the development status of the sports tourism industry in the Russian Far East,and makes a bilateral analysis of the influence of the "One Belt and One Road" on the sports tourism industry in the Russian Far East.The study found that the high quality development of sports tourism industry in the Russian Far East is facing difficulties:(1)the policy supply is not perfect,the development is insufficient;(2)Structural imbalance between supply and demand and insufficient development stability;(3)Industrial transformation and upgrading lacks momentum and needs to be strengthened.(4)The market economy link is not smooth,the relationship between supply and demand is not balanced.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of sports tourism industry in the Far East of Russia under the background of "One Belt and One Road" :(1)The improvement and supply of industrial policies are the important driving force to promote the high-quality development of sports tourism industry,so it is necessary to strengthen the supply of macro policies of sports tourism industry;(2)The endogenous main force of high-quality development of sports tourism industry comes from the output of professional talents.Meanwhile,the base of professional talents is the cornerstone of sustainable development of the industry,so it is necessary to strengthen the training of professional sports tourism talents.(3)The structural upgrading of the sports tourism industry still needs to ride the ride of the digital age,take digital technology as the starting point,and form an industrial mechanism dependent on digital development as the core demand;(4)In the context of the global pandemic,sports tourism industry should seek new opportunities and opportunities to accelerate the integration of sports tourism in Russia.
