| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the social and economic structure has also undergone profound changes,the interests of all parties have been constantly adjusted,and many contradictions arising from interest disputes have gradually become prominent,which are reflected through the letter and visit channels,bringing huge pressure to the grass-roots letter and visit departments.With the diversification of the appeals of the people and the increasing difficulty in solving the complaints,the grass-roots complaint reporting departments are slightly inadequate in the process of handling the complaint reporting cases.In order to achieve the effect of maintaining social stability,they do not hesitate to reduce the negative impact by means of delaying and blocking the complaints,but often do not cure the symptoms,but bring a lot of repeated petition work,resulting in a waste of resources.Under the background of "heavy trust and repeated visits" and "pestering visits",the grass-roots complaint reporting departments are unbearable and tired of dealing with it,and the complaint reporting work faces serious challenges.This paper starts from the current research situation of letters and visits work,and analyzes the characteristics,difficulties and solutions of the current letters and visits work according to the previous domestic and foreign related research.Combining with the author’s internship experience in the letters and visits bureau in H District of Y City,this paper expounds the advantages and feasibility of social work in the grass-roots letters and visits from the professional perspective of social work.The author selects petitioner Chen as the research object,and carries out case intervention service for Chen.Through the evaluation of the practice results,the author discusses the effectiveness of social work intervention in grass-roots letters and visits.The author summarizes and reflects on the case intervention service,and believes that social workers should focus on strengthening their own capacity building,maintaining the neutral position of the third party,and the mechanism of social work intervention in the grass-roots complaint problems needs to be improved.Through practice,the author explores the effectiveness and shortcomings of social work intervention in grass-roots complaint reporting issues,and provides basis for follow-up relevant research,with a view to providing some experience for social work intervention in complaint reporting cases and easing the pressure of complaint reporting departments. |
