By entering the village,the author conducted a survey on the living conditions and service needs of early married and early childbearing women in Q Town,went deep into the lives and families of early married and early childbearing women,carefully understood their marital emotional status,family environment and interpersonal relationships,and conducted interviews and investigations according to the current marital life of early married and early childbearing women.The most obvious characteristic of women who marry and have children early is the growth mode of "family-school-family".They have no social experience and complete the life task of marriage and childbirth at the stage when they should receive education.They do not receive cultural knowledge education,let alone the learning and training of technical skills.After collecting and analyzing the data of women who get married and have children at an early age,it is found that women who get married and have children at an early age have low sense of self-worth and dissatisfaction with their current life,lack of self-confidence due to lack of knowledge and skills,and are affected by backward thinking,positioning themselves as traditional mothers and low family economic status.It applies the empowerment theory and case intervention method to intervene in the problems faced by early married and childbearing women in their lives.The empowerment includes three aspects of early married and childbearing women,namely individual,family and society,so as to tap the advantages and unique resources of early married and childbearing women,and stimulate them to learn independently and have the ability to solve problems.This article will be combined with the social work practice carried out by the author during the internship,to discuss how to improve the employability of early marriage and early childbearing women. |
