Research On Social Work Involving Trade Union 's Letters And Visits

In recent years, with the rapid development of many kinds of industry in China, leaded the series of social contradictions. And the different individual interests requires a different demand, there have been a lot to the lawsuit of events,and the relevant departments also dealt with some events unscientific, triggered a deeper contradictions, so that the party and the Government’s credibility has been compromised. The authors study the social work professional knowledge, combined with the author in Xi’an Union internship experience, believes that social work can use professional theories and methods to provide experience for us, especially for guiding to solve the contradictions of the petition work. In this article mainly introduced relevant theories of the petition and social work, use some of methods in the theoretical reality, summarizes the petition events in rXi’an Union in recent years,think that social work could help resolve the petition work. Social work methods used by the author analysis of typical events, believes that social work can be a combination of petition work.
