Objective:vibration stimulation combined with strength training for athletes lower limb muscle strength training methods advantages, complement the traditional strength training for athletes lower limb muscle strength and dynamic balance ability of athletes, introducing a new strength training methods to strengthen the training effect. Methods: select 16, Beijing sports university tennis special schoolboys were randomly divided into two groups namely the experimental group and the control group, each group of eight people. Control group pure for eight weeks of lower limb strength training;The experimental group for 8 weeks vibration stimulation combined with lower limb strength training, comparing the difference between the two groups of training effect.Results:1, the tennis player 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training of knee extensor centripetal and centrifugal peak torque has significant difference before and after training.2, tennis player 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with muscle strength training knee flexion and reach the peak moment of time significantly reduced before and after training;Vibration stimulation combined with strength training method than pure strength training method for reducing the tennis athlete knee extensor peak torque in training effect is remarkable.3, tennis player 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, knee extensor total energy has a significant difference before and after training.4, tennis athletes after 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, the ankle plantar flexion muscle group centripetal and centrifugal peak torque has significant difference before and after training.5, tennis player 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, the ankle dorsiflexion muscle group reached peak torque time had significant difference before and after training;Eight weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training tennis player ankle plantar flexion muscle group to reach peak torque time has a very significant difference before and after training;Vibration stimulation combined with strength training method than simple ankle plantar flexion muscles strength training of tennis player to reach peak torque time to reduce the effect of the more prominent.6, tennis player after 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, the ankle plantar flexors total energy has a significant difference before and after training.7, tennis player after 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, Y balance test in the forward, inside and outside after three direction stretch enough distance has significant difference before and after training.Conclusions 1, after eight weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, to improve the tennis athletes lower limb muscle power training has significant effect.2, after eight weeks of vibration stimulation combined with lower limb strength training method can significantly improve the tennis athletes dynamic balance ability.3, after 8 weeks of vibration stimulation combined with strength training, vibration stimulation combined with strength training to improve the tennis player instead lower limbs maximum muscle strength and muscular endurance has a certain effect, but there was no significant differences of statistics.
