| At present,with the continuous development of China’s information technology,the artificial intelligence technology with information technology as its main characteristic has also been developed rapidly,and has penetrated into all aspects of people’s life.Several domestic huge Internet companies have started to develop artificial intelligence technology,which has increasing investment and layout in the fields of driverless,intelligent search and smart city development,committing to successfully applying artificial intelligence technology to the business development.With the breakthrough of artificial intelligence technology in cognitive decision-making,a new round of scientific and technological revolution triggered by such technology will have an important impact on the process of economic and socio-economic development.With the continuous expansion of the depth and breadth of the application field of artificial intelligence technology,many technologies,products and new business development forms and modes will be derived.It will bring great changes in the macro level,such as economic structure,people’s mode of production and life,and at the same time,the influence on employment is a problem worth pondering.In view of this,the paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods to study how to effectively improve the quality of employment services,promote employment,and stabilize the current employment situation in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence.First,by sorting out and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,it provides a corresponding theoretical basis for studying the impact of artificial intelligence on employment;secondly,it systematically introduces the research and analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on labor employment.The paper mainly uses questionnaires and interviews.The survey was conducted in two ways,and the form and results of the survey were sorted out;then,according to the focus of the survey,the positive and negative effects of artificial intelligence on the employment of laborers were analyzed,and the current status of employment and work in the context of artificial intelligence and its outstanding existence were analyzed.Finally,put forward specific suggestions for improving employment work.In order to promote the development of labor employment in the context of artificial intelligence,we provide the specific suggestions to improve the quality of public employment services,strengthen comprehensive governance,and increase the effectiveness of service management and employment management.Establish a vocational training system,continuously conduct basic training,use artificial intelligence for vocational training,and strengthen the skills training of relevant talents;continuously strengthen the development of new industries,provide more jobs in the society,create employment opportunities for people,and expand professional space;consolidate and improve Social security system,strive to create a new employment environment,constantly improve the new employment situation.Protect the interests of the employees actively and achieve fair competition between urban and rural laborers;construct public policy with the government as the center actively build a tax incentive system,support the government’s social services,support small and medium-sized enterprises’ family services to establish special funds,improve science and technology Achievements,promote innovation in the elderly service industry,and make it effective.At present,the influence of the development of artificial intelligence technology on employment is still continuing,the influence of the artificial intelligence on employment is still unknown,and further research is needed.In the next step,combined with the new characteristics and trends of artificial intelligence development,we will select new entry points,comprehensively analyze the influence of artificial intelligence on labor employment,and obtain more objective and fair research conclusions. |
