Research On Public Sports Service Satisfaction Of Chengdu Sports Park Based On IPA Analysis

Building a higher level of public sports services in the new era is of great value to building a strong sports country.Sports parks are an important carrier of public sports services and an important place for national fitness.In recent years,the country has made great efforts to build sports parks to meet the growing demand of people for fitness.The construction and development of sports parks is full of opportunities and challenges.Taking the public sports service of Chengdu sports park as the research object,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field survey and mathematical statistics to select the representative evaluation indicators of public sports service of sports park,including six dimensions of stadium site construction service,sports organization service,sports guidance service,sports information service,sports event activities and policies and regulations,There are 25 secondary indicators under the six dimensions,each of which is evaluated from the aspects of importance and satisfaction.Then use the IPA analysis method to position and analyze each indicator in general,and analyze the advantage indicators,continuous maintenance indicators,opportunity indicators and indicators that need to be improved of public sports services in Chengdu.Then,carry out IPA analysis on the evaluation results of its secondary indicators from six dimensions respectively,and draw a more detailed strategy to improve the satisfaction of public sports services in sports parks in Chengdu based on the current situation survey.The results show that according to the survey and interview,fitness trails,bicycle lanes,badminton courts,tennis courts and football fields in Chengdu sports parks account for the majority;The most sports organizations in the park are informal spontaneous group organizations.In the past two years,there are few activities organized in the park.The daily activities are mainly running and martial arts;In terms of social guidance services,the government will appoint associations to carry out mass sports guidance in the park from time to time,and sports guidance services need to be improved;The information content in Chengdu Sports Park is relatively rich,and the information publicity is carried out online and offline at the same time;In terms of events and activities,the events and activities held under the influence of the Universiade in Chengdu are relatively rich,but epidemic prevention and control have brought challenges to the development of events and activities;With regard to policies and regulations,Chengdu has invested a large amount of funds in the construction of sports parks in the past two years,and policies have vigorously promoted the construction of sports parks.According to the analysis of the overall collected questionnaire data,audience satisfaction is lower than the expected value.According to the overall IPA analysis,the seven indicators of "sports park intelligent facilities","number of sports organizations","sports organization activities","sports information feedback","number of events","types of events" and "public participation in events" are positioned in the improvement zone,and then the opportunity is supplemented by the six dimensions of IPA positioning analysis results.In addition to the above indicators,The dimensions of sports guidance services and sports events need to be strengthened.In order to improve the satisfaction of public sports service audiences in Chengdu sports parks and optimize the allocation of public sports service resources in sports parks,this study proposes the following strategies: first,upgrade the sports facilities and make up for the shortcomings;2、 Encourage sports organizations to cooperate and support activities;3、 Add sports guidance stations and optimize management methods;4 、 Broaden information publicity channels and improve information feedback mechanism;5、 Enrich event activities and innovate activity forms;6、 Establish and improve policies and regulations to lead the high-quality development of public sports services.
