Research purpose:Comparative study of resistance training combined mechanical work same HIIT MICT of similar mechanical work for obese women lose fat effect,in addition,the experimental setup of the control group,without any intervention experiment after the experiment concluded that what kind of training plan better for obese women lose fat,fat reducing training for the future of the obese women were more likely to provide more effective reference and training guidance.Research methods:A total of 88 obese women aged 18 to 35 were divided into three groups for a 10-week exercise intervention: resistance training combined with high-intensity interval training(HIT)and resistance training combined with moderate intensity sustained aerobic training(MICT)And Control Group(CON Group)without any experimental intervention.After 10 weeks of exercise intervention,the basic indicators of Body shape,Percent of Body Fat,Fat%),Maximal oxygen consumption VO2 max,blood lipid,blood glucose and muscle strength,and the data were compared and analyzed.Research Conclusions:(1)10-week resistance training combined with HIIT and MICT of the same mechanical work can effectively reduce weight,waist circumference,arm circumference,BMI and body fat rate of obese women,but resistance training combined with HIIT has more obvious effect on waist circumference reduction.(2)10-week resistance training combined with HIIT and MICT of the same mechanical work can improve the muscle strength and oxygen uptake capacity of obese women,but the effect of HIIT is more obvious.(3)10-week resistance training combined with HIIT and MICT of the same mechanical work can reduce WHR in obese women,but the effect of HIT training is more obvious.(4)In the blood test indexes of HIIT and MICT combined with the same mechanical work for 10 weeks,only the MICT group could effectively reduce total cholesterol,while other indexes had no significant changes.
