Objective: To explore the changes of serum iris,inflammatory factors and obesity indexes of obese college students before and after intervention with different exercise modes under the same oxygen consumption and the relationship between them through exercise intervention 3 times a week for 12 weeks.Research methods: Through online and offline recruitment,103 obese college students with no systematic training(except physical education),aged 18-22,met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and signed informed consent forms.They were randomly divided into HIIT group,MICT group and control group with 14 persons in each group.After two weeks of adaptive training,the subjects in HIIT group and MICT group were given exercise intervention three times a week.The subjects in the control group maintained their original life style,and the experimental intervention lasted for 12 weeks.The height,weight,BMI,body fat rate,waist-hip ratio,neck circumference,maximum oxygen uptake,fasting blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid,iris,TNF-α and IL-4 were collected before and after the intervention.SPSS,Graph Pad Prism8 and other software were used for comparative analysis.40 subjects dropped out in the middle of the experiment(14 in the HIIT group,13 in the MICT group and 13 in the control group).Research results:(1)After 12-week exercise intervention,the serum Irisin of both HIIT group and MICT group increased significantly(p<0.01),and the intervention effect of HIIT group was the best,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)There were significant differences between the two exercise interventions on inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-4 in obese college students(p<0.01).The intervention effect of HIIT on TNF-α was better than that of MICT,and there was significant difference between groups(p<0.01).Compared with HIIT intervention,IL-4 in MICT group increased significantly after intervention,and there was significant difference between groups(p<0.01).(3)After exercise intervention,the body weight,BMI,body fat rate,neck circumference and waist-hip ratio decreased significantly in HIIT group and MICT group(p<0.01),compared with MICT group,there was significant difference in BMI and body fat rate between HIIT group and BF group(p<0.01).(4)After exercise intervention,the TG of the two groups decreased significantly(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups;HDL-C increased significantly in both groups(p<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01);LDL-C in MICT group decreased significantly(p<0.01),and there was significant difference between groups(p<0.05);there was no significant change in TC between the two groups before and after intervention.(5)After exercise intervention,DBP and SBP decreased in both groups,and SBP(p<0.01)and DBP(p<0.05)decreased significantly in HIIT group after intervention;DBP decreased significantly in MICT group(p<0.01),but there was no significant difference in SBP.(6)After exercise intervention,fasting blood glucose decreased in both groups(p<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)12-week HIIT and MICT exercise intervention can increase the serum Irisin of obese college students in varying degrees and improve the obesity state,indicating that exercise may prevent and improve obesity by affecting Irisin secretion and regulating metabolism.(2)12-week HIIT and MICT exercise intervention can improve the inflammatory state of obese college students.After exercise intervention,the concentration of pro-inflammatory factor TNF-α in serum decreased and the concentration of anti-inflammatory factor IL-4 increased.The change of inflammatory factors is beneficial to improve the chronic inflammatory state of obese college students,which may be related to the decrease of body weight and body fat rate.(3)Different exercise intervention methods have different effects on the obesity indexes of the subjects,but the intervention effect of HIIT group is better than that of MICT group.(4)After exercise intervention,the serum Irisin of the two groups was negatively correlated with TNF-α and positively correlated with IL-4.It shows that the secretion of Irisin during exercise will also affect the inflammatory state in the body,and the changes of inflammatory factors may be related to the increase of the concentration of Irisin.(5)After exercise intervention,TG,LDL-C and TNF-α of the two groups showed a downward trend,while HDL-C,IL-4 and Irisin showed an upward trend,indicating that changes in inflammatory state may lead to changes in the structure of blood lipids.
