| College students in the new era are the human resources for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the future successors and builders of modern China.College students are in the critical period of "jointing and pregnant spikes" in their life growth.On the one hand,they are gradually maturing physically,psychologically and ideologically,and their needs and abilities for cultural knowledge,love and emotion,and interpersonal communication are increasing;on the other hand,they are tested by competition and pressure from life,study and employment,and various obstacles,difficulties and confusions cause their frustration.To pay attention to the frustration in the growth of college students in the new era is not only to help college students solve their personal growth,but also related to the country’s talent cultivation and future development,which should be the meaning of ideological and political education.The thesis is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is mainly to analyze the connotation of related concepts and their characteristics.Firstly,it clarifies the connotation of frustration and frustration education,and the understanding of frustration education for college students in the new era;secondly,it analyzes the characteristics of frustration education for college students in the new era in terms of educational objects,educational goals and educational process through comparison.The second chapter is about the new era of college students’ frustration education of empirical research.By means of distributing online questionnaires,we understand the conditions of new-age college students in terms of frustration,and make rational analysis on these conditions,and then outline the main types of frustration faced by new-age college students,and outline the different performances of new-age college students after encountering frustration in terms of time,degree and goal gap.The third chapter mainly explains the problems existing in the frustration education of college students in the new era and analyzes the reasons.The deficiencies are mainly reflected in:college students’ vague cognition of setbacks,weak psychology to bear setbacks,and emotional when they encounter setbacks.The reasons are mainly reflected in:on the one hand,colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the frustration education of college students in the new era,and the frustration psychological counseling is not timely;on the other hand,college students in the new era do not have strong ability to resist setbacks.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the countermeasures of frustration education for college students in the new era.As far as colleges and universities are concerned,to carry out frustration education for college students in the new era,we should focus on the cognition of frustration,psychological guidance of frustration and behavioral response to frustration,and make targeted efforts according to different educational subjects before and after the time when college students encounter frustration and the degree of seriousness.To be turned into iron,the metal itself must be strong.The ideological and political education should help the new generation college students improve their ability to face setbacks and solve difficulties by raising their level of ideological awareness of resistance to setbacks,so that they can become newcomers of the times with great responsibilities in the future. |
